The location of the hotel was satisfactory, but one of the employees was rude when i asked for help w the pay kiosk. The bedding made me itchy one night one, but it was changed. The staff are slow to answer phones as well. You get what you pay for basically.

Not much to this place no housekeeping must request it and no amenities no elevator in the back building and had to climb stairs w all our luggage.

Arrived around 6pm at the front desk and noone was there. A sign said back in 20 minutes. Sure enough, the desk person returjed in 20 minutes with no apology and by that time 6 other people were waiting in line behind us. The room was fine but the walls paper thin ... including the barking of dogs and small children voices easily heard. A lot of money for a low level facility.

This is my 2nd time staying in the property where I saw roaches in in the bed/pillow. I took videos and showed the receptionist.

There was no hot water. Not even warm water. I tried at 11:30 p.m., and at 4:10 a.m. There was no hot water. Sad really no aii I wanted was a hot shower and sleep

I saw cocroaches and when I told the staff all he said was, did you know where it came from? I took picture and videos and showed him but thats all he said.
I complained with the wifi many times and tried to explain to him that i am actually working and my job is data entry but with the issue of the internet which it logging in/out consistently, i said i loose all my data i entered. His advice is to reset my wifi and reboot the computer 😡

I have been coming to the property every year for the passed 9 years. It wasnt the best stay in the past but it was cheap & had great location but the year i saw great improvements to the property which was nice

somewhere to sleep. super pedantic at check-in, wanted all forms of ID, passports etc. it’s somewhere to sleep and nothing more. would stay again if i was in the area and just wanted a bed, would not spend any time at the hotel. pretty fair for the price. byo shampoo etc.
