Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.

The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The rooms were beautiful just like the pictures! Shower was hot enough and the towels were huge, new and fluffy. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I ate one day and opted out the next day. Sweetopia a few minutes away in Mega Mall has great breakfast! This hotel is walking distance to the Medina and a mosque. Would stay again!

The room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.

A wonderful hotel close to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff! Recommend 100%

有點欺負中國客户,給了我一間空調壞的房間,摩洛哥30多度沒空調就像在桑拿,打電話來了人維修未果修不好,開始酒店前台説無法換房都住滿了,據理力爭下才給換了房,把2張床拼一起勉強變了間大床間。 早餐不錯,地理位置也很好,酒店硬件也可以,就是存心把空調壞的房給客户,不做維護檢查讓我對這個酒店很失望。

酒店比較一般,設施老舊,管理特別混亂,本次入住出現現金美金被服務員偷的情況,酒店前台覺得稀鬆平常,配合度很差,還拿出入住時所謂免責條款!沆瀣一氣!同行同事出現香水和洗漱包被偷,嚴重不投訴這家稀爛的所謂五星級酒店。

工作人員的服務態度都極好,給了我很多的幫助。但是酒店所處的位置,房間的設計在我看來都沒有達到五星評定,勉強四星吧。所謂海景真得不能作為一個賣點,海非常遠,近景是大片矮舊破的房屋,大煞風景。另外,房間裏的香水味太濃,我個人不太喜歡這麼濃重的氣味。 除此之外,床和枕頭還是挺舒服的。
