I stayed in Art Palace Suites and Spa from 17 August till 21 August 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my stay and with my experience in this hotel from the first day. I picked the hotel based on some reviews but was shocked to walk into the room which they assigned to me. The only thing that looked exactly like the pictures was the terrace of the room. I booked the deluxe suite but was given a room with a tiny living room that you can hardly walk in. The room had two full bathrooms per the website;; however, the second bathroom in my so called suite was locked and when I asked the reception to open it, I was told that it was out of order because the glass door of the shower was broken. I wondered why did the hotel sell a room that had a non functioning bathroom? When I complained, they opened the bathroom but warned me against using the shower. The AC was not working and I had to report the issue to the reception 6 times on the first day, with no response. They also told me that I will not be able to sleep before 2:00am because of the live band that plays there since the sound travels to the rooms on first floor. To add the cherry on top, I found a lizard in the bathroom and took a picture of it.I also called the receptionist on duty and showed him the lizard. He talked to someone on the phone and then nothing happened. I guess the lizard must have been a normal scene in this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel if you are used to the minimum standards of hygiene and hospitality.

The Doge is a really fresh, nice and new place to stay. very calm, with all-diferent themed rooms/suites wich have the names of many famous people (mine was Scott Fizgerald). Is a little bit expensive, and is not so easy to find a taxi that knows where it is. You can require the hotel's driver to take you fast to anywhere. at the evenings you can enjoy a piano player at the bar. Wi-fi is provided for free with a great speed connection. Definitively the best hotel in Casablanca!

This hotel was absolutely superb. It had a very nice atmosphere and was clean and luxurious. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The food was great. During the evening the restaurant had a large group of loud teens dining next to us, but it was bearable. During the night you could hear loud music coming from around the hotel, something like a nightclub. I personally did not mind the music too much, but I know that some other guests and my family could not sleep well because of it. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The deluxe Suite was clean. The room also had a great TV with the possibility of Netflix and amazon prime. The AC was working well. The room service was nice.

A serviceable place for one night but no more. Dirty, run down and loud. I stayed for one night here on tour and while the beds were actually comfortable and the linen clean, I can’t say the same for the rest of the room. The bathroom was filled with limescale, to the point where the shower handle was stiff and hard to open. The towels were scratchy and rough. My room’s sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock which was a bit frightening. Outlets are old and loose. Floor smelt of cigarettes. No sound-proofing between room and loud outdoors. We had dinner and breakfast here- both of which were not amazing. Limited selection of food, and everything was cold. But, it was a place to stay I suppose.

MMary MollyI had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air.
Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch.
The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience.
This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

SSCThe room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

PPengguna TetamuDe retour dans notre 2ème maison à Casablanca et cette fois à 3 avec notre petite fille de 4 mois... le 1er hotel de sa vie qui est très symbolique pour nous...Tout s'est super bien passé et tout a été mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille pour notre enfant et nous . Le lit bébé était très propre et le matelas de très bonne qualité. La literie et le mobilier sont toujours d'aussi bonne qualité ainsi que la propreté des chambres après plusieurs années et c'est important de le souligner. Le service de ménage et de maintenance est très réactif ainsi que le réception. Un grand merci à Jihane responsable Hebergement qui a pris le temps de bien préparer notre arrivée afin que notre séjour se passe parfaitement bien et que nous ayons à disposition tout ce que nous voulions. Toujours attentionnée et à l'écoute après toutes ces années font que nous sommes de plus en plus attachés à Cet hôtel . Monsieur Samir Qui est à l'entrée de l'hôtel depuis des années pour la sécurité est égal à lui même.. toujours aussi gentil, agréable, prevenant, serviable et ca fait vraiment plaisir. Nous tenons à remercier le responsable restaurant que nous avons rencontré qui a été très gentil et arrangeant par rapport à nos demandes multiples. Merci à son équipe également et un gros merci à Hatim qui s'est très bien occupé de notre petite fille et m'a bcp aidé ! Cela m'a beaucoup touché ! Tout le personnel du restaurant a été adorable avec nous et surtout avec notre petite fille et cela fait vraiment du bien quand on voit que c'est fait avec le cœur ❤️ . Un gros merci nous reviendrons très bientôt .

PPengguna TetamuThis is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

YYasser AoujilThe location is very good, room was very neat and clean, and spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is nice with many different options, bathroom/shower is good and clean.
All that said, i am quite upset about two things, the first is AC was not working in the room, the second is if you are coming from countries where you can have a visit to the room by a family member or friend, then don't go there, i went back to the hotel to grab some gifts and go to a party i was invited to, and i asked a family member to come with me to the room to help and get going in 5 min, and i just opened the room then reception started calling room's phone and saying you can't have visit, i said okey we are coming out, then they started calling again and again, just super annoying.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

Yyana unoWe arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.
