Hotel bertaraf 5 bintang dan dorongan yang baik. Lokasi yang sangat baik di tengah-tengah Casablanca. Terdapat banyak pasar raya, restoran, pengurup wang dan pelbagai kedai di sekitarnya. Tempat letak kenderaan percuma disediakan. Selamat datang di kakitangan hotel yang paling hebat, dan mereka mengatasi semua kesukaran. Bilik-bilik luas yang indah dengan perabot dan hiasan yang elegan. Bilik mandi luas dan bersih, termasuk semua keperluan pelancong. Sarapan pagi yang buruk sangat sederhana untuk hotel 5 bintang.

We stayed at this hotel on the 9 jul on the way back to the US and I must say this hotel is probably the only real 5 star hotel in Casablanca when compared to the other two we stayed in When we arrived and another when we connected between Marrakech and Tanger , they get very busy so expect some delays when requesting house keeping or answering the phones, however over all it is a very nice hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel while visiting Casablanca. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable (like sleeping on a cloud). We enjoyed both breakfast & dinner at the hotel and both were outstanding. Breakfast has a buffet with breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt & eggs along with an omelet station. Fantastic coffee and excellent & friendly service. Dinner at La Pegola was also an excellent choice. Food and service was outstanding. Nourreddine & Mohssine really made our experience perfect. Thank you. The hotel also has a beautiful lobby with afternoon snacks and a full bar. We tried some crepes and cappuccinos and very much enjoyed both.

View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.

A wonderful hotel close to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff! Recommend 100%

I stayed in Art Palace Suites and Spa from 17 August till 21 August 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my stay and with my experience in this hotel from the first day. I picked the hotel based on some reviews but was shocked to walk into the room which they assigned to me. The only thing that looked exactly like the pictures was the terrace of the room. I booked the deluxe suite but was given a room with a tiny living room that you can hardly walk in. The room had two full bathrooms per the website;; however, the second bathroom in my so called suite was locked and when I asked the reception to open it, I was told that it was out of order because the glass door of the shower was broken. I wondered why did the hotel sell a room that had a non functioning bathroom? When I complained, they opened the bathroom but warned me against using the shower. The AC was not working and I had to report the issue to the reception 6 times on the first day, with no response. They also told me that I will not be able to sleep before 2:00am because of the live band that plays there since the sound travels to the rooms on first floor. To add the cherry on top, I found a lizard in the bathroom and took a picture of it.I also called the receptionist on duty and showed him the lizard. He talked to someone on the phone and then nothing happened. I guess the lizard must have been a normal scene in this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel if you are used to the minimum standards of hygiene and hospitality.

الفندق جميل وحديث، هدوء تام في الغرفة، اثاث حديث ومميز بي وسط كازابلانكا. كانت اقامتي ليوم عمل واحد، ووجدت ما ابحث عنه، اهم شي بالنسبة لي سرير النوم حيث كان من الجودة العاليه جداً وتم اختيارة بعنايه، ودورات المياة مميزه فقط ينقصها شطاف الغسيل.
