- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Bonjour, ce n’est pas la première fois Quad vient à cette hôtel cause de la proximité pour mon travail, tjr j’ai remarqué un du personnel qui était un peu rude avec nous, mais aujourd’hui il a beaucoup exagéré, il a abusé il s’appelle AMINE, il est venu taper à la porte de notre chambre a 12:05 pour nous demander de sortir parce qu’il fallait pas dépasser 12:00 même si c’est dimanche aujourd’hui 09/04/23 je pense que c’est interdit de taper à la porte il faut juste appeler par téléphone, je lui ai demander juste un peu temps pour qu’on finalise de ranger nos affaires mais avec une façon très très rude avec un ton de vois très élevé il nous a dit de Quitter les lieux, et il nous a encore rappeler une autre fois par téléphone pour nous précipiter de sortir le plus tôt possible meme c’est dimanche et en plus le jour d’arriver il m’a donné plein tarifs 840 dh par nuit j’ai pris deux nuits, j’aurais dû réserver par booking a 690 dh, mais le problème c’est sa façon rude et le non professionnalisme, il faut vraiment embauché des gens professionnels et surtout pour l’accueil parce que ce Monsieur qui s’appelle AMINE n’a rien avoir avec l’hôtellerie et surtout avec son attitude bizarre qui nous a vraiment fait peur, au point que je n’ai pas pu le répondre, j’ai juste pris ma facture et j’ai quitté es lieux comme il a demandé , il faut revoir sa formation. Par contre Imad un homme très gentil Galant et très professionnel et serviable. السلام عليكم ليست بالمرة الاولى التي نأتي فيها الى هذا الفندق وذلك لقربه لحميع الأماكن بمدينة الدار البيضاء رغم غلاء السعر، على العموم في كل مرة نأتي ونجد فيها أمين في الاستقبال نجد طريقته الغريبة في الكلام وملامحه المستفزة، ولكن هاته المرة كان جدجدجد مستفز وغير لبق بالمرة قام بالنقر والدق على باب الغرفة بإزعاج رغم أن ذلك ممنوع لما تكون يافطة عدم الازعاج معلقة، فتحت الباب وسألت مالأمر فأمرني أنه حان وقت المغادرة ويجيب أن نغادر الفندق حالا وكانت الساعة آن داك 12:05 وطلبت منه أن يمهلنا بعض الوقت لتكملة جمع أغراضنا لكن لم يأبه لكلامي وأمرني بطريقة خسيسة وفظة الخروج حالا، ولم يقتصر على ذالك بل نزل إلى الاستقبال واتصل بالهاتف وطلب مني بطريقة غير لائقة الخروج حالا حتى أنتي شعرت بالخوف فنزلنا وخرجنا بهدوء مخيفة من المشاكل المرجو إعادة النظر في الاشخاص تقومومون بتعيينهم وشكرًا

We stayed in 703, a superior gold suite on the 7th, and top, floor. The apartment is huge, with a kitchenette, lounge, balcony (or small terrace), bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. It feels spacious with views from the terrace towards the old souk part of Cassablanca and the bedroom overlooking the Hassan II Mosque - an absolutely incredible vista! A fruit bowl supplied on check-in, along with a few bottles of water, which was very welcome. One has to be fairly mean-spirited to critisize what has been a wonderful stay at the Melliber Appart Hotel. Of course there is always room for improvement: the shower, for example, drained very slowly resulting in a bit of a puddle but these minor inconveniences in no way detract from what is a remarkable accommodation. Our check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we had to wait about 15m for that to occur, but reception staff kindly offered us coffee and water, which was much appreciated. The Muezzin’s call from the minaret, the white noise of the crashing waves on the Corniche, the anticipation of another exciting day in Morocco - what more can you ask for! Breakfast was adequate and check-out painless.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

I really like the renovation, the room was clean. The staff was helpful faical give me a beautiful room with a view. I was so tired from the trip the guest service Maria and Bahija provide me all I need, I called them so many times but they were so helpful.Tahnk you

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and our two children. We also made reservations for shabbat dinner at the Hotel restaurant. We were assigned second floor rooms. The first night the music from a Morrocon dance club on the lower floor beneath us was so loud, none of us could sleep. We complained to the desk many times and each time they told us it would stop. This lasted until past 3 in the morning!!! Needless to say we were were exhausted the next day rom not sleeping. At the front desk they apologized and said it would NOT happen again. Yet, the same thing occurred Saturday night. Again past three in the morning the music blasted and thumped despite our complaints. When I asked to speak to the Manager he was always unavailable. The clerk said there was nothing he could do and he was aware ”it is a problem for many guests”. When we checked out I again asked to speak to the manager looking for a credit. Again he was off premises I was told and that he would call me. He never did. I tried calling the hotel over 20 times and was put on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and told he was unavailable. I was never able to reach him. When I went back and looked at the other 1 star reviews I see many people had the same complaint about the night club in the hotel. They know this will disrupt the guests but they do not care enough to stop it or alert the guests. They prefer reviews like this. While standing at the desk I heard other guests complaining and being given the run around. Every other hotel we stayed at in Morocco was great. This was horrible. DO NOT STAY THERE＞
