Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Terrible. Old dirty furniture. Stale linen with hair from past guests. Lamps infested with flies. Doors that do not close from the inside. Insects everywhere!!! Unsanitary in the shower!!! Water barely flows. One towel. Desolation and devastation, which are not visible in the photo! Mold and mildew on the sink. Bare electrical wires. The dismissive, humiliating attitude of the staff, who treats travelers as an annoying nuisance. Night club in the building, music and screams, you will not fall asleep until the morning. More than a meager breakfast on dirty and broken dishes. If you want to spoil your mood, then you are here!!! Humiliation for your money!!!

We had the best stay at Ryad 91. Everything was always spotlessly clean. The food was very good and always on time. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff is always there to help and nothing is too much for them. Friendly, helpful service from every staff member. We loved sitting outside on the terrace or just having a very delicious cup of coffee at their restaurant. Really an amazing place to stay as well as very centrally situated, 5 min walk to the station Casa Port. Thank you Ryad 91 for our lovely stay.

All l can say is, their welcomed me so nice and friendly. I mentioned them that this trip was because of my birthday and they had an amazing surprise for me!! All the stuff from the hotel are amazing very professional and kind!! I would like to thank to Mohammed, Ilham, Heba and the housekeeper Zined for all the amazing work! Thank you so much guys! I totally recommend this hotel ! Is super clean, good breakfast and they assisted you in anything that you need!! I travel a lot around the world and this is the first time that l had such amazing welcome celebrating my birthday!!! All l can say is thank you guys! To make this trip Morocco unforgettable!!!

We've been touring morocco the past 2 weeks and hotel majestic gave us the IMPROPER send off... cons: we paid for a Quarduple room since we were 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teens) but front desk officer assigned 5pm of july 26,2023 said they shower in the said room was broken so we have 2 settle for 2 double rooms, which we did. secondly it say in yhe voucher we have to pay a city tax of 85 moroccan dirhams but this guy charged us double good thing i have a credit card... thirdly we complained 3 x that our room #587 has aircon but is broken... 2x a guy came to fix it but nothing happened, i came down and bald muscular guy with beard assigned 10pm july 26,2023 reception said ”there is nothing he can do about it as they are in full capacity”, so we just had to sleep it off with the windows open (hearing all the noise) and making use of our hand held fans... lastlly, when we were about to leave, we asked the receptionist another guy to book us a taxi foe the aiport which we agreed on at 300 moroccan dirhams.. upon check out i was busy foxing pur bags at the counter this same guy tol me ”Sir i need the payment for the taxi!!” Ina very rude manner... probably cannot wait for his cut/ commision huh!!... only silver lightning in our stay whas the girl who was making rounds during breakfast asking for feedbacks in the stay and was kind enough to accomodate all our needs.. PASS ON THIS HOTEL for rude receptionists and poor service..100 meters away where we stayed a week before- ONE HOTEL Casablanca has more helpful and accomodating staffs from doormen, to waier to receptionists..
