Last week I wrote an E-mail and you have not responded. So I am going to write in both language. last July I booked a 4 night with your hotel and I booked the airline to Portugal by mistake for the same date. This was on July 30th for $445.26 I called ******* right away when I realize my error. As memory served me ******* called you to see at the time I wanted to move the date back not cancel it. But ******* customer service end up canceling the booking. not me. You end up refunding the money on August 12th. Then on November 13, 90 days later you took the money back. I tried to rebook with you a week later but you were booked and I booked with another hotel at the that time. So I am thinking you do the right thing. I am in Europe now and I want to book four nights on March 2nd to the 6th as a credit for the booking I never wanted to cancel.. These dates are half priced of the four nights of last August. Please call me with question at 401-291-7090 If you give me credit. I plan on coming here every year in October and going back in March. I bought property in Europe and going to be doing this yearly. The room was tiny, just big enough to fit 2 single beds and nothing else. If felt like a prison. There is ample parking at the back at the property but this is charged at 11 euro a night.

Hotel was very far away from city center, Moreover i never saw staff in hotel anytime also they no provide any daily use things like in bathroom. However i pay good money but i thing it not worthy as they provide services to customers

Didn’t like having to walk 3 blocks with luggage after checking in. Didn’t like that the WIFI didn’t work. Especially didn’t like that this hotel didn’t understand that a mistake had been made in the booking and REFUSED to refund monies to an elderly lady on a fixed income….charged her $506 for 1 nights stay in a tiny, but very clean room

Hotel 139 is a scam. We had booked for three nights (around New Year's) and we could not bare to stay longer than one. We stayed in room 12 and this is what we encountered: 1. Sheets are torn, stains on pillows and blanket. 2.Huge stains on the curtains 3.Dust everywhere 4.Dirty paper-thin walls that allow you to hear anyone who passes through the hallways as well as hearing people in the neighbouring rooms (********** at night) 5.Yellow/orange stains on one of the towels 6.Wi-Fi barely works 7.Mold/ mildew on the ceilings in the room and bathroom After having a sleepless first night, we called the reception (at hotel 153 down the street) to explain the condition of the room and to ask if we could either get a refund or change to a different room at hotel 139. They told us we could change. We went to hotel 153 and were greeted with an extremely rude, unhelpful, unapologetic and sarcastic man who gave us the key to a different room (room 5). We went back to hotel 139 only to, again, find even more mold on the ceiling in that room. We took photos of it and returned to hotel 153 to tell the man at the reception. Without saying anything else, he answered "okay, try this one" and gave me another key (to room 7). His reaction made me think it was probably not the first time someone had complained about the conditions of the rooms. After, once again, going back to hotel 139 and finding another filthy room (albeit slightly better than the last two we'd seen), we returned to hotel 153 where we asked if we could book a room at their hotel instead. He told us there were no rooms available. When asked if he could help us get a refund, he stated that the hotel is not in charge of the refunds, but *********** is (which was denied by ***********). Knowing that all of the rooms in hotel 139 would probably be in the same horrible condition and that the guy at the reception was extremely unwilling to help us at all, we were forced to book a room at a different hotel. When looking at other hotels in the area, I found that hotel 153 was not fully booked, which means the guy was also lying. We were so disgusted by the whole situation that we refused to set foot in these two hotels ever again. Even though I will probably not get a refund, I hope this comment will help others stay away from this hotel.

The staff is incredibly helpful when they are there. To check in and check out you have to walk to another hotel that’s really close, we rarely saw staff in our hotel. Apart from that clean rooms, small but practical. Very well located as well. For the price we paid, we were really happy.

All basic stuff provided, room was cleaned daily, hotel staff nice and helpful, the hotel is located in beautiful area near the sea, we are really satisfied for staying in that hotel and we can recommend it 🙂
