Absolutely gorgeous B&B! Ideally located for travel around the beautiful Dordogne area, the rooms are stylishly French, pristine and picture postcard lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for hosts Anne & Jean and definitely one of the highlights is the fabulous & copious breakfast of homemade yoghurts, jams, cakes etc. I loved every minute of my stay and would definitely visit again! Can’t recommend highly enough for the perfect Dordogne holiday!

We were recommend to the B & B by our bicycle touring company as one of several on their list in the area. We could not have been happier! Jean and Anne work extremely hard to make your stay a five star experience. The rooms are beautiful. A very historic and romantic setting. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is very nice too. The B & B is in a great location. We were on a bike tour in Dordogne and we used the well laid out bike paths to La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Castelnaud. We also took our first hot air balloon ride just a quick 5 minute ride from the B & B. Our stay included a very nice breakfast and Anne has a delicious fresh baked cake or pastry each morning that she prepares. We highly recommend La Tour De Cause!

You will find no better B+B in the Dordogne than this magnificent, charming Chateau managed by Jean and Anne (and on this occasion, helped by their two lovely daughters visiting from college). The rooms/beds are very comfy and the shower was a dream. There are plenty of areas around the property to relax, (all of them very quiet and peaceful) and the pool is very well kept with comfortable chairs and pillows. Best of all, they provide an exceptional breakfast with homemade yogurt, pastries and other delicacies with an additional option of eggs/bacon. I cannot say enough about their terrific, warm hospitality and willingness to help make our stay enjoyable including help with booking local restaurants. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars and cann't wait to book another visit.

Beautiful property, fantastic room and superb breakfasts together with wonderful host's. We stayed here in 2016 it was very good back then and is even better now, the property is set in an idyllic position central to a multitude of attractions, with le beau plus villages, bastides, many chateau and excellent restaurants all within easy reach

We stayed here from 19-9-22 to 24-9-22 in an upstairs room with a double aspect. The room was authentic France and comfortable. The hosts make a huge effort to welcome you and nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending. The breakfast was a treat, homemade food and always something new each morning to taste. The location was great for us, as we went canoeing, visiting old villages, gardens and markets. The outside has various places to sit all very comfortable and you can bring your own bread, cheese and wine, all the facilities in the guest kitchen are available to use any time. We sat out quite a few nights and so did others. The hosts deserve a pat on the back for making our stay so delightful.

We absolutely loved our stay here & Jean and his wife were a large part of that! Every morning- there was homemade bread, jams, yogurt, cheese/meats and desserts - all were so delicious and made by Jean and his wife! The property itself is beautiful and our room was just the same. Jean truly made our stay here feel like home & even made our dinner reservations for us every night - we loved every place we went to! This is a must stay in the Dordogne!

Absolutely wonderful. Picturesque farmhouse/chateau with 5 spacious and immaculate rooms. Homemade breads and jams and yogurt amongst the wonderful breakfasts on offer. The Owners are kind and helpful and always happy to assist. Location is excellent as well. Will definitely come back!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à la Tour de Cause et en sommes ravis. Anne et Jean sont très accueillants et attentifs tout en restant discrets. La demeure est superbe et propose une piscine particulièrement agréable. Nous avons été surpris d’avoir une chambre assez sombre (la seule qui ne dispose que de la porte d’entrée comme source de lumière) mais finalement cela ne nous a pas dérangé. L’aménagement du jardin très cosy, la piscine, le petit déjeuner vraiment excellent nous ont comblés. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu qui de plus est très bien situé pour les différentes visites.

Au coeur de la vallée des château, à la sortie de Castenaud-La chapelle, La Tour de Causse est une maison périgourdine de charme idéale pour un séjour reposant et les visites. Gérée par des hôtes attentifs et accueillants, la maison jouit de nombreux atouts: belles piscines, vastes chambres, salle de bains spacieuses et soignées, literie de grand confort, petits-déjeûners très complets servis pour partie en buffet et partie à table (oeufs brouillés/bacon grillé) dans l'agréable jardin. Plusieurs espaces sont aménagés avec fauteuils dans le jardin afin de profiter des différentes expositions au soleil. Nombreuses attentions: verre d'accueil local vin de noix, serviettes futas pour la piscine, parking sur place et carafe d'eau filtrée dans la chambre. A noter pour les puristes amateurs de thé que l'eau utilisée est justement filtrée pourgarantir une limpidité parfaite et un goût préservé. Tous les lieux importants à voir ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres et de nombreux restaurants de qualité sont à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
