Hotel Paradise Beach Resort

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not let them sell you your holiday as “all inclusive” as they did us as it does not exist. Food is at set times and it is not possible to get any snacks or food in between other than crisps and icecream from the bar which you have to pay a ridiculous amount for. The only drinks you’ll get as part of your “all inclusive” package is cheap syrup soda from the machine. Any other drinks including coffee and alcohol you have to pay for. And if the machine for your free drinks breaks (which is also the only place to get water - although I’m convinced it is tap water) and it breaks often, no alternatives are offered and you have to pay for your drinks including bottled water. The food is below standard and very limited options. My family and I pretty much lived on plain pasta and croissants for the week. The whole hotel is like a throw back to the 80s. It is in desperate need of being refurbished and brought up to a reasonable standard. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting in the rooms with brown stains all over the bath. You can’t have a plug for your bath as the hotel doesn’t own any. If you have a child and require a cot, even if you specify this on your booking, you have to pay over €70 for the week for a disgusting barely useable travel cot without sheets. Half of the electrical sockets in the room do not work and spark when you plug something in. You do not control the air conditioning!!! The hotel has set times you can turn it on and turns it off at night not allowing it to come back on until 6am - not the place for a comfortable nights sleep in the summer. The hotel is literally in the middle of no where so popping to the shops is impossible. Our family holiday resulted in my partner taking taxi costing €40 to take him to the shops to buy essentials (water) and snacks for my 18 month old (I hadn’t packed any thinking I was going on an all inclusive holiday) and our last day we ended up spending over €100 on taxis and pizza because we couldn’t stomach pasta anymore. If you have booked this hotel, I would really reconsider. I read these reviews AFTER booking and just hoped people were over exaggerating but trust me - they’re not.

UNICA NOTA DOLENTE LA CUCINA SICURAMENTE DA MIGLIORARE.

Very nice place for kids, a lot fun activities! Very good food, very nice e kind people, the beach is nice, the building and rooms need some restructurations, but it was ok for me. Nicolaus club has many activities, all people from the club were friendly. This resort is best for people with kids.

Had an amazing time, my children and i will never forget the people that we met and i never saw my children laugh as much as they did. Thanks to nicolaus club animation, we had tons a fun and we played many activities and shared wonderful moments!! Great shows that kept us awake all night!! Micaela was an angel and she knew how to keep us happy and joyful!! I recomand nicolaus club for future family in the sun fun!!

ottima struttura, con spiaggia privata attrezzata, cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Trattamento di soft all inclusive eccezionale, di ottima qualita.

Un'oasi accogliente e molto calorosa. L'hotel offre un'esperienza rilassante per tutti, con un ottimo bar gestito dallo zio Pino. Accesso diretto alla grande spiaggia, perfetto per fuggire dalla routine e godersi il mare in tranquillità.

L'Hotel è pulito e accogliente, location eccezionale, con splendida vista mare a soli 50 metri. Il direttore, il signor Alfredo, Roberto e tutto lo staff sono molto cardiali e disponibili. Ottimo il servizio ai tavoli e il cibo al ristorante. Personale professionale e competente.

Ottimo albergo, abbiamo passato tre giorni in completo relax grazie a tutti i servizi presenti in struttura ed il luogo tranquillo, cibo buono, camere pulite e ordinate, spiaggia a due passi dall'albergo, personale cordiale, soprattutto lo zio Pino e Alfredo al bar

Ottimo hotel, c’è tutto. Personale sempre a disposizione e zio pino e Alfredo sempre on top. Posizione perfetta fronte spiaggia tutto quello che si desidera. Ci riverrò sicuramente, stupendo. Molto consigliato soprattutto per ragazzi ed anziani.
