Strongly recommended and friendly

It's quite old hotel but acceptable, with a very tiny lift causing you to wait in the peak hours.

Good location for the city and for the price it’s well worth the stay

I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in my room 2 hours earlier. It's a kind gesture that helped me a lot. It's located 5 minutes walk away from the city center where the banks and big shops are located.

The hotel is very nice and convenience, I like the food here, it's an enjoyable trip.

Ideal location if you want to stay close to city centre Room was nice and clean

Double bed was not, that it was 2 singles with very worn mattresses pushed together of 2 different heights. Breakfast was very unpleasant, only beans were edible. Coffee machines not working, so there was a 'hot' water tank which was barely warm. Room freezing, heater didn't work. Just don't stay here.

The staff were excellent and felt welcome food was nice good breakfast felt the bedrooms need a good paint carpets were dirty

Stayed here years ago and it was a brilliant hotel come this time for my birthday and dont know what has happed to the place my room was dirty the carpets was dirty the tv smart features was not working and no heating what so ever through out the hotel or the room and was given a plug in heater when rang reception that was unsafe to keep on over night so woke up freezing cold nose all stuffy wouldnt stay again unless the place had a revamp
