This hotel is right in the heart of the town, in a historic building, convenient for amenities, restaurants and bars. The staff make this hotel worth a visit, as they are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although the sunken bath was a little low for my old bones. The breakfast was extra, but very good. The hotel also has a cosy bar.

Small. Boutique hotel right in the enter of CASTRES. we had room 212 which has an enormous recently renovated bathroom with great overhead shower a spa bath and heated towel rail and heated floor. We visited in winter. Our room was spacious overlooking a rather ordinary wall . Cleaning was excellent and reception very very friendly and helpful. English was spoken and the fresh orange juice at breakfast is great. We were made to feel like family and this was our second stay. You could not do better than this hotel in Castres and not expensive.

I stayed with my wife and three children (2, 6 and 9) in August/September 2022. The hotel is fantastically placed in centre of Castres and there are great all night car parking options nearby if needed. This hotel is so lovely. It's clean and comfortable, but also great fun. It's a bit quirky and the children loved exploring it. The breakfast was great and would definitely recommend it. Most of all though, the staff were fantastic and genuinely happy to have children around and making friends with them. Very highly recommended.

Hôtel super sympa original ! On se croirait dans le film jumanji avec toutes ces plantes c’est magnifique ! Une mention spéciale à Isabelle à la réception, charmante arrangeante et très humaine ! Merci à David aussi avec son accueil très sympathique ! Une hôtel très convivial où on se sent bien ! À bientôt

Très bel hôtel situé en hypercentre, personnel accueillant, souriant et arrangeant. Merci à vous. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréablement décorées. Je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de tester la salle de sport, mais peut-être une prochaine fois.

Au coeur de la vieille ville de CASTRES un très agréable hôtel (4 maisons réunies) desservi par ascenseur, possibilité de dîner le soir, bar complet. Très belle maisons du XVIII é siècle, au charme certain, qui propose des chambres élégantes et confortables au mobilier ancien et très bien équipées, petit patio qui dégage une atmosphère reposante, poutres et murs en pierres apparentes, hôtel charmant est très agréable. Accueil souriant, enthousiaste, à l'écoute ,toujours disponible et prêt à rendre service, le tout dans une ambiance décontracté qui vous met à l'aise,. Cambre spacieuse, propre, confortable, excellente literie, coussins supplémentaire, chambre bien équipée (bouilloire, café, thé , frigo); petit déjeuner buffet complet, d'excellente qualité avec des produits frais et variés; bref un hôtel très charmant, bien situé, très agréable, calme et reposant, ou l'on à passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement.

Hôtel atypique avec beaucoup de charme, personnel accueillant et petit déjeuner correct mais très déçus pour plusieurs raisons : la nuit a été courte en raison de tapage nocture dans une rue adjacente, non seulement de l'hôtel qui se trouve à côté mais aussi de résidents fort alcoolisés qui n'ont cessé de se hurler et se taper dessus. D'autre part, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer, et c'est dommage compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués. Pas de chance...

Manque de patience, accueil pas très souriant. Obligé de réclamer la carte pour l'apéro. Non respect de la cuisson de la viande. Nous dînons sur la terrasse non éclairée. Quel dommage !!!! Une vue magnifique....
