We had a great time at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Catania. It had a convenient location, breakfast on the terrace was delicious. The hotel owner and staff were very kind and ready to help.

Everything was beyond my expectations. Perfect location. All landmarks are nearby. The most polite and helpful staff I’ve ever met. Even though they are not fluent in English they always found a way to communicate properly. Oscar is the English speaking guy who helped us with every question we had. The stairs are doable for people with normal mobility and the staff is always helping with the luggage. Even the heavy ones. Thank you Oscar. Thank you people for being so friendly and helpful. Nothing was missing for us. The staff in the kitchen remembered our preferences from the first day and they were always giving us the coffee as we like it even before we open our mouths.

A characterful hotel near Piazza Duomo. The rooms are modernised in an old building. The hotel itself is on the 2nd floor with stairs to access it. The stairway decor needs some help however the hotel itself is well maintained. Staff are helpful. The airport bus stop is about 30 metres away. The rooftop breakfast is a great way to start the day. Ask for gluten free bread when you book if required.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the hotel and we are really very satisfied. The rooms were clean, the staff is kind, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is in the center of the city and the place is safe. I really highly recommend it!

I booked the hotel for a party of 12 on a 3 night break in Catania. The hotel was excellent value for money. We had 3 rooms between the party and they were all impressive in size and serviced daily. In line with previous reviews the terrace is the perfect location for a delicious and substantial Sicilian breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring Catania and the surrounding areas. The building itself has plenty of character and was perfectly clean within the hotel itself.

Super helpful and nice staff.
Oscar was awesome - at the front desk, helping with the car and being available.
Nice breakfast. Huge room.
Walkable to almost everywhere. Small shops for backery and deli goods right on the msin street.
Bus to the airport almost at your doorstep.

Hotel was perfect for a night in Catania, very spacious room. It also had 2 balconies and a nice view of the city. After a night out we came in very late and the receptionist was there waiting for us, which is perfect. The only recommendation is a coffee machine in the room but other than that it was perfect. Breakfast Terrace was awesome.

A bar just downstairs and so noisy even at 2am. Try to avoid unless you are someone wanna party all night long. And prepare to bring your luggage up to third floor.

The Hotel Biscari is a really friendly &welcoming hotel. The hotel entrance is situated in a small side street & is within easy walking distance to the main Piazza. Guest should not be put off by the current renovations on the nearby residences, as once inside the hotel it displays old elegance. The rooms are large & simply furnished, with much attention to cleanliness. I must mention the breakfast on the terrace a splendid choice of sweet & savouries. Many thanks to Oscar, staff & family for being so helpful.
