My partner and I really loved our stay here! The restaurant are incredible and the staffs are very joyful and accommodating. We also loved the wave pool and the other pool are amazing! We would love to come back here soon!! Memorable experience.

It is far from where I am. There are no amenities around. However, room service is good so you can solve everything in the hotel.

As soon as we entered the restuarant, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a very nice smile from Ian, even though they were taking care of a lot of people, he didn't let us down in terms of giving service.Thank you again for the good service, we hope to see you again. The hotel rooms were elegant and clean. They were also spacious and complete of toiletries. We enjoyed so much while staying at Microtel South Forbes. The hotel was near to Nuvali as well. Double thumbs up to all the staff that were so helpful and polite during our stay! I would definitely go back here for our next staycation someday. Thank you!

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

Thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and premium toiletries, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I especially enjoyed the diverse and sumptuous breakfast buffet that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. Conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation, the Hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional value.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower but maintenance was able to help fix it.
