The hotel was nice especially location, on every floor they have water dispensers and it’s easy to consume the drinker water , I think it’s a good i like it, however the bad things the for smokers : you can’t smoke inside even tho you can’t smoke outside of the hotel premises , you have to go to footpaths on road for smoking , I think it’s quite rude , the hotel at least allow smoking outside of the hotel building. If you are smoker then don’t come

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

My family (wife and 3 kids) recently had the pleasure of spending a relaxing one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the serene ambiance to the attentive staff, there were several aspects that left a positive impression on us. Our room, a Executive Suite 3 Bedroom, was comfortable and well-appointed. The view from our balcony was not that breathtaking but there was a glimpse of nature and the city bound by one look. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The staff at Hotel Casiana deserves special mention. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, offering a range of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of options to suit different palates. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meals. While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few areas where Hotel Casiana could potentially improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak, which could be frustrating for guests who need a stable internet connection. The cable channels mostly have no-signal as well. Additionally, some areas of the hotel seemed to require a little more sound proofing to lessen the sounds of the highway of cars and motorcycles zooming along as we slept. In conclusion, our one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay was a memorable experience. The combination of the breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made it a worthwhile getaway. With a few updates to the sound proofing and signal interruptions, the hotel could easily reach five-star status. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the tranquil escape this establishment provided. We would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

Upon our arrival, the person in charge of the reception asked for our reservation. He handed us the key. Beyond the reception area is a room that has tables and chairs for those who want to catch up with work. Lobby was impressive for an econo hotel, with beautiful artworks (did not take note nor photographed it) and impressive ornaments and jars. I also saw the veranda with tables and chairs. The room was clean and also has a local wonderful painting. We were provided with towels and toiletries. You need to bring your own towel if you want a good one. Water heating was fine. Wi-fi/internet is strong I stayed in the veranda in the morning because network signal was better.

Enjoyed our stay. Food is good. Room is clean but the shower area have some visible dirt. Only letdown was the pool as it is not heated making it hard to swim most especially at night and on rainy days.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. Its so relaxing and all the staff is very accommodating. I added a special service and they pull it off perfectly. And the food is great,my partner loved there pork steak.We highly recomment this hotel
