Everything was good except the massage and the facial.. I was really dissapointed.. I expected she was going to massage my face but she didn't. . I'm so Dissapointed.. It's not worth it😡😡😡😡

Very nice and polite service all round. The breakfast was very good. Condiments like sauce and salt was missing unfortunately. We had a standard room without natural light or views, which suited us and was very quiet. There was no phone in room to call reception, although nit a problem. Wifi was good.The hotel is close to the big roundabout that has Robinsons supermarket and mall in walking distance. ATMS close too. Each floor has a filtered water station, chilled or room temperature to fill your bottles for free. That was an unexpected blessing. I'm a budget traveller and Pillows is the best in its class in the area that we have tried. We'll be back.

The room is clean. Glass water bottles that are very eco-conscious. The cleaning service is very prompt, room smells good. Room service for food however needs to improve. Ordered for drinks but took a long time to inform us of the unavailability.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

The room is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The Jr. Suite is inexpensive and spacious. The bathroom tub faucet needs maintenance. The kitchen and wait staff of the hotel isn't great. For instance the service water is often dirty. There are often dirty dishes. The wait staff are below par, often failing to provide basic service (serving the dirty water or clearing away dirty dishes). The housekeeping staff are super friendly and do a great job. I think for the price it's a great choice for a hotel.

Sejauh ini resort hotel terbesar yang saya dan anak-anak saya kunjungi di Cebu. Gelongsor air dan kolam tasik menjadikannya lebih menyeronokkan untuk anak-anak saya - kadar 5 bintang. Kami menempah 2 bilik dan tinggal di salah satu bilik suite mereka yang cukup luas untuk kami dan dengan pemandangan laut dan sangat mengagumkan, bilik deluxe itu begitu sahaja di mana 2 anak lelaki saya yang lebih tua menikmati tidur mereka. Saya tidak dapat memberikan harga 5 bintang untuk sarapan bufet mereka, saya rasa ia tidak sepadan dengan harganya. Secara keseluruhan, kami mempunyai penginapan yang hebat dan tidak dapat dilupakan.

The hotel was so close to the airport. Only 25 minutes away. The staff made sure at all times that we were well taken care of. Room service was very quick. Definitely a man made beach but still good. I would definitely go back.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

The hotel in the Philippines provided a reasonably comfortable stay during my recent visit. The location was convenient, close to popular tourist attractions and transportation hubs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished, offering the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's affordability. The rates were competitive, making it a suitable choice for travelers on a budget.

Hotel is very good, nothing wrong that I see but good service and dedicated hotel staff’s doing their job. It is the best hotel for your everyday needs. They have a gym, indoor swimming pool and a function room, though haven’t tried their facilities because I was busy. For hotel access, it is next to robinsons galleria mall so you will not feel board. Now if you are coming from Pier 1 or going to Pier 1, please take the Robinsons Mall free shuttle bus that can take you to and from Robinsons Galleria Cebu. PS: the bus from Pier 1 to Robinsons Mall is located at the right side of the terminal 1 building when you disembark pier 1. And from Robinsons Galleria Cebu to Pier 1, near Summit Café, take the escalator down to basement and you can see the free shuttle bus. Btw, the pictures you see, they also give free rides to Robinson’s fuente and cybergate
