We had plan for longstay and have stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. So far so good for those 2 weeks. But then we know that they have very bad management n customer service. The service is superrrrr slow and had no solution for us. One day, at Dec 15th 2022, at 3 am, the electricity went out because of an air conditioning problem so the room was hot and stuffy. Even up to 8 o'clock I wrote this, there was no solution at all. If the management is professional, we should be moved to another nearby room so we can have a rest. There have been 2x problems with the air conditioning at this hotel and the solution is only waiting for the technician which they call them from third party, which is too longgg response moreover if it is happened in the night, so we must wait after sunrise. Overall, for the experience at the restaurant is sufficient, even though the variety of food is very lacking, it's boring for a long stay. Moreover, the pastry and bread are not tasty, dragging in the throat, and hard, like a lack of eggs and margarine. The staff are quite friendly, the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, the pillows are soft, but unfortunately the internet is not stable. Staying in week 3 got an unpleasant experience, suddenly in the morning when I wanted breakfast I was told that breakfast was only for one person even though the package was the same as the previous 2 weeks, breakfast was 2 pax and there were no problems. Unfortunately, why didn't the receptionist explain or provide information from the start at check-in and when it was confirmed they couldn't give a reasonable and logical explanation, it seemed that they were missing a lot of reasons. At the end we move to next hotel Harper by Aston. Hopefully, they will give great service. In conclusion, the experience here, for Japanese style/class hotel, does not give a good impression and tends to disappoint us, especially for us guests who have longstay here.
