Hotel Pooja Palace

I was here with Intrepid Travel and the stay here at Hotel Pooja was great. Friendly and very helpful staff, the rooms we're great too. Good location close to the metro and shops. Rooftop terrace is lovely as well. Would highly recommend and would definately stay here again!

This is a 2-star hotel but the service is 5-star; better than I have had at some 4-star hotels in India. The staff will make sure you are comfortable and will go above and beyond to accomodate your stay. NB for those booking, the Google Maps location is wrong. The hotel is across the road (there is a sign on Pooja Park Road showing the right direction)

Pooja Palace is located between Ajmal Khan Road and Saraswathi Marg in Karol Bagh. Shopping is very comfortable. At the same time is in a byelane and quiet. Quite clean room. We had a room in the third floor which was not cramped. Linen were clean. Bathroom quite clean. Staff attitude is noteworthy . Very warm and responsive

Just returned from a tour around Rajasthan with Intrepid and stayed additional days at both ends of tour at Hotel Pooja Palace. I cannot praise the desk/reception staff (Aamal and Sandeep) enough for their exceptional service. No request was too much trouble especially caring for a couple of us who caught a touch of Delhi Belly on the last couple of days of our stay. The other floor staff promptly carried out our many requests. Dates of my stay were April 9-12 and April 25-28, 2024

Great location, great price and super safe for solo female visitors. Loved a visite to this hotel for a few days. Was also there with Intrepid Travel.

What a hotel!! dirty, noisy (from reception and kitchen) and windowless. If you want hot water out with morning you have to give 30 minutes notice to reception. Started and finished a group trip at this hotel which I believe the company are no longer using due to client complaints. On a positive note the staff were great

I had a lovely stay at Pooja Palace :) would recommend! Staff was great and the rooms were nice. The area is busy but not too overwhelming, there are many shops, restaurants and cafés, so I had the chance to try some local cuisine as well.

The hotel is in a great location close to metro station, market area and restaurants but super quiet and calm. A real oasis. The rooftop garden space is very special - healthy plants lovingly cared for. The staff are excellent - super caring and friendly.

I was traveling with a tour group otherwise I would never subject my self to this accommodation. My Uber gave up trying to reach the hotel because of the narrow streets and traffic leading up to the Pooja. I was dropped two blocks away. Checkin is posted for 12 noon but when I arrived at 3:30 no room was not ready until 4:30pm. My reservation was for a non smoking room but I was checked into a smoking room, I immediately could smell the cigarette stench and noted the ash tray on the table. Not to worry the housemen snatched the ash tray and came back to spritz the room with air freshener. Hardly my idea of a non smoking room. I tried to bare it for a few hours. The shower was so dirty there was clumps of hair and black mold. And the shower glass was so dirty it was clouded with filmy residue. The towels were sticky and hard. No hot water that evening, had to manage with some cold splashes. I was traveling with 8 others and they all had similar complaints and concerns about the Pooja Palace. No body wanted to stay!
