I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly and their food was delicious and filling. I would recommend the establishment to friends and family. My next trip to the province I'll definitely make my booking to the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Polokwane Place. All the managers and staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. It felt like home away from home. Great service, great food, great company. We will most definately visit again.

The place is so clean and feel like home, I enjoyed every bit of our stay and the staffs are so helpful. I will love to visit again anytime am opportune to be in Polokwane. The value for money is top notch,

I liked that they stricted... if they can maybe give bigger portion size on breakfast meals like mushrooms and bacon. It's very clean and homely the stuff is really friendly and helpful... it's also very much central to food places and the mall as well as petrol station.

If possible, provide open break-fast so that guests can choose what they see not what they imagine. This will afford guests peace of mind in taking their preferred menu. Your parking also need to be improved to allow better safe and ample space to reverse.

When you enter the room you are greeted by an unpalatable damp smell. The door hard to open and close (noisy) as it grips. Not even a single glass in the room. Plugs far from the table that one cannot work and charge the laptop simultaneously. No body lotion. TV channels blurred. These should be basics for a purported 4 star accommodation. I only slept once out of the 4 days I was meant to stay at Polokwane Place! The next day I booked out. I did not have an idea of the place when they booked it for me. Breakfast unbelievably little

The place itself is good enough. Nice, modest, old school furnished and comfortable. The food is nothing to write home about. Limited menu items and the 1 chef can do with some training. The front desk staff - Nigel and Lorraine are simply just great! I came back for the 2nd time last week and they remembered just how I like everything. They make it feel like a home away from home. Love them! The management, Mr Bart and his lovely wife, Alberta are wonderful people, very helpful.

The charges are high, but the room needs renovation and looks oldish. TV is old type of TV. Goo services from admin Ladies, but the standard of your room is not encouraging for return, especially considering what other accommodation around Polokwane for the same amount of money you charge or even less than what you guys are charging.
