I stayed at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta for 3 nights from 30 Dec 2025 to 2 Jan 2026, and it was a wonderful experience overall.
The hotel has a beautiful colonial charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay.
The staff were warm, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with requests and making guests feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, even during the busy New Year period.
One highlight was the rooftop area, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a great view of Jakarta. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the quality of food met expectations for a hotel of this standard.
The location is also convenient, providing relatively easy access to key areas of Jakarta while still offering a calm and elegant environment away from the city’s bustle.
Overall, The Hermitage offers a unique, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a hotel with character, excellent service, and a refined atmosphere, and I would happily stay here again.
