Ulasan Yuan Garden Pasar Baru

The staff are nice and supportive, room is clean and the gym is pretty nice but a lil hot, when you go out the hotel, the street is pretty busy, lots of vendors and stores locate outside of the hotel just a block away, the convenience store is close which is quite nice if you are looking for supplements at late night.

Had a really nice stay in the Yuan Garden. Very welcoming staff and the breakfast was amazing. We really looked forward to eating nasi for breakfast and it met our expectations.

stayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

BE CAREFUL? AVOID AT ALL COST! THE STAFF stole my charger, after my check out. I am so disapointed of this, i traveled in Japan, China and South Korea, and this never happened to me. Just because of one person i will not recomand this hotel. It’s expensive and they they took my charger. I won’t change my review until they give it back to me or find a solution. I recomand you to go to a cheaper hotel so you are not disapointed.if you have to go please change to a more trustable hotel, and don’t let anything in your room. Sad that it’s happen in a hotel. I wanted to recomand this place at first but i cannot because of what happened to me.

Hotel is value for money. Breakfast spread is nice and nice. One thing need to improve is the lift - lift is slow and small. Often you need to wait upto 10min before you can get into lift - esp during peak hour.

Older rooms but clean and very comfortable. This was my third stay and I've been happy each time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is good with restraunts and shopping close by. Easy to walk around.

First stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner. Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.

Location is strategic at Pasar Baru and you can visit shops selling items from food, fruits to all everyday needs, clothings, textiles and night market goods. There are also many backlanes eateries within the area and you need to search for it. Checking in and out was a bit slow as they only have 2 counters. Room was fairly large, clean, bed comfortable with nice pillows that made my sleep good, air conditioned cold and water pressure strong. Breakfast was good with local and western spreads. If you enjoy shopping and eating, check in at Yuan Garden and explore Pasar Baru areas. Enjoy!

Need to improve your hotel

Good location. Service is good. Lift cant cope with the many customers resulting in long wait at lifts

The facility was good, but the service is bad ..i am unable to check in till 4pm..2 hours delay because of failure to prepare the room by the hotel. And the give us the letter to push us check out at 11 am by using the reason fully book for next day booking
