This stay was extremely disappointing. The room was old and poorly maintained, completely different from the online photos. The table edges were severely peeling, the chair leather was worn and dirty, the air conditioner was yellowed and covered in dust, and the door and lock were clearly old and loose. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the edges were falling off, making it look unrepaired and unsafe. I reported these issues to the hotel and requested a check-out, but the staff offered no assistance and made the check-out process extremely difficult and unpleasant. The overall experience was extremely poor and completely unmatched by the standards expected of this brand. With such an environment and service attitude, I would not recommend staying here. I hope the hotel will address these issues and promptly make improvements. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The desk was badly chipped, the chair’s leather was cracked and dirty, the air conditioner was yellowed and covered in dust, and the door lock was worn and loose. The bathroom tiles were broken and chipped, making the place feel unsafe and unhygienic. When I reported these issues to the staff and requested to check out early, they were unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. This experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of this brand. With such poor maintenance and service, I do not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make proper renovations soon.

Moved from the 6th floor to the 4th floor, the noise from the outdoor unit was a little less, the refrigerator worked better... everything else was the same. The service was good, but the hygiene was average, the quilt cover and bed sheet were almost black... the facilities were shabby, and the bed made a noise when I turned over...

Makanannya enak, pelayanannya ramah cuma untuk lantai kamar perlu diupdate dan lantai kamarnya perlu diganti keramik yg tidak licin

Hotel yang sangat strategis, deket kimia farma, indo alfa, sarapannya enak, ac nya dingin, sepertinya dulu hotel bagus krn ada tempat kulkasnya..tapi skr udh ga ada. Rail gorden ada yg lepas, smoga segera diperbaiki yaaa..

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, das Bad und das Waschbecken im Zimmer schimmelten. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher hatten Flecken und wurde trotz Info nicht gewechselt. Auf dem Gang vor unserem Zimmer stand 3 Tage lang das gleiche schmutzige Geschirr. Ich kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen. Es geht auch sauberer in dieser Preisklasse.

Nice Hotel with no expensive prize.. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is so good.. There is a convenience store(indomaret & alfamart) nearby and so many food sellers

Its really good budget hotel if you’re planning to stay here. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Pa Lalu was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable.
