Nearby to the main Mall in Jakarta, walking distance to convenience store. The hotel have 2 buildings, mine was the newly renovated . Decent breakfast, recommended .

Nice n cozy place for shorterm staying

Staff quite helpful, quick check in and out, room is small but clean. Location near Grand Indonesia, but the street in front of the hotel can get congested sometimes.

3 night stay , highly recommended hotel stayed in junior suite as originally booked executive room which was too small if were stuck in room because of rain ,so happy with everything in the room , Also staff very friendly and help with all requests.

The moment I want to enter the room, there was a dirty plate and glass in front of my room. Once I entered, the room has a strange smell. I did not get a chance to stay longer because I had business outside. I dropped my luggages and went to the Front Desk again to ask them clear up the dirty plate and glass also spray an air freshener. Just now, I went to my room again and the smell is still there. I took a shower and the bath towel smells like it was not washed and only dried. There was a noise of dropping water and after I checked, the AC is leaking. It leaks until I had to use the bath towel to dry it. The bedsheet is worn out, the pillowcase were yellow, the duvet were GREY! the color was so contrast compared to bed sheet which thankfully, still white. The telephone is not working. I had to come downstairs to complaint to the reception about the defects. And the reception couldn't care less from the way he does not apologize even once. Big thanks for the kind Engineering guy who fixed the AC and telephone within 15 mins though! I understand that the back to back, turn over from the arriving and departing guest is high. But you guys can do better keeping the quality of the room than this.

Shout out for all of Starlight Restaurant staff whos help me to prepare special dinner occation for my mother birthday. They always give their guest excellent service. Rooftop restaurant with skyscraper view of Jakarta. Affordable price and delicious dishes . Will be back soon !

My first time at this hotel was in 2019 and was quite impressed. I came back a second time after covid in Dec2022 and was quite disappointed. Location wise, it is still a good choice because you can walk to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, probably the grandest shopping malls in Jakarta. Concern is mainly on the maintenance of the rooms. Can sense that there was no maintenance after covid. There are little spiders and ants crawling in the walls when you lean on it from your bed. The beds dont have a headboard so you actually lean on the wall. A bit uncomfortable when you see insects. Also the bedsheets are stained, ideally should be replaced. There are like ink stains. Would be good to do some upgrades. Helpdesk is quite ok, quite helpful when you ask questions. Anyway if your objective is a hotel near the mall, you still can achieve it.

청소도 빨리해주고 엘리베이터도 고객카드가없으면 운행도 안되고 좋았습니다만 객실에 창문을 열지 못해 환기가 안되어 아쉬웠습니다!! 환기가 안되는 상태에서 청소까지!! 다른건 모두 좋았습니다!! 조식도 6시~10시까지 시간도 넉넉하고 좋아요
