Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Alcoholic beverages available. Very comfortable room.

First of all I booked this place for 8 days. From day one entrying the room there was so much equipment that was in a bad condition. First was the Waster machine and then the Aircon suddenly turned off in the middle of the night which I had to turn back the switch last was the Tv, the technician came 3 times to send another tv to see. Yet I get so fed up when I am watching my Netflix and the tv goes back to the main menu again and again. I called up but no one came to check or called me back at night. but they managed to call me in the morning to fix the tv. The hotel supervisor called me, and they were offering me a free breakfast after the 7 day I wasn't happy with the tv issues which spoiled my mood to watch movies with my family members together. But I'm glad that the hotel staff are trying to make things right for us. All the staff is good and nice. Only I hoped that the management can do something to upgrade and do regularly check up on the equipment in the room for a guest to stay.

Nice room and have spacious space, the room is clean but the bed’s cleanness still need improvement as there is dirty ink there, but overall is ok aircon is cold and high water pressure

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the quality toiletries to the complimentary bottled water and coffee. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The location is also excellent, close to major attractions and convenient for transportation. What stood out most was the hotel’s warm and welcoming atmosphere — it truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Good service and a good location to grab food. Room is big and nice with all the amenities as described. Better value than just a regular hotel room for the same price.

Only transit here. The room is so outdated. It's clean in general though. Amenities is sufficient. The dryer can not dry 💯 . It's somewhat 70% and you need to hang it dry, but no equipment to do so.

Nice and spacious room. There’s a study table in the room but there’s no power charging point around the table…:-(

The food (A la carte) is really good, coffee is great also. I was surprised. Draft beer - small glass, flat… I’d not recommend. Rooms are good, a nice bath and a fine washing machine with dryer.  Massage was not good…won’t recommend it, best to visit a separate spa somewhere else.  The reception checked in me earlier. Thanks!  Next time I will also choose this spot. Good value for money and great food. Also a bath with strong water pressure!  My room had a kitchen (but I did not use it)

Although the apartment is "old school" but they maintain the cleanliness pretty well. I stayed in a 2-bedroom and they provide everything that you need, they even provide a big oven (it's really nice for baking!) Overall, I enjoyed staying at Fraser Residence Menteng.

Extended 2 times at the residence , restaraunt is one of the best I have eaten at in hotels , couldn’t fault the place .

Great apartment, its celan and amenities are complete. The breakfast are really good.

Lovely clean hotel, nice big room. We had kitchen facilities including microwave, oven, full size fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery etc. Also was useful to have a washing machine. 2 separate bathrooms. Lovely clean big windows. Ac good. Beds comfortable. Nice to have a separate living room and tvs showed HBO movies even in bedroom which we liked. Only negatives were not enough hand towels, bath mat and hand soap even after the room was cleaned these were not provided and tea and coffee not refilled. There is complimentary water in sealed glass bottles which must not be taken away or you are charged 50k. Close to gongdangdia commuter station on the Bogor line which is very handy. There are some nice coffee shops nearby where you can have breakfast (turn right after exiting hotel) but hotel also has buffet breakfast for purchase approx 200k/person.

Great location and helpful staff, everyone speak English and willing to support. The room is old and not really represent the advertised. If consider to stay for long time, the fridge is very small, also the amount of water is limited. Good for short stay in the city center
