Hotel ini adalah salah satu daripada banyak cawangan. Saya sebenarnya ingin menempah hotel lain, tetapi tersilap menempah yang ini. Kawasan sekelilingnya tidak sesuai untuk membeli-belah atau makan, dan perkhidmatan hotelnya tidak memuaskan. Sangat sukar untuk menghubungi pihak hotel jika ada masalah. Walaupun hotel ini mengikut prosedur standard, ada perasaan yang tidak dapat diungkapkan bahawa mereka tidak begitu peduli dengan tetamu. Saya tiba pada waktu pagi, tetapi terpaksa menunggu sehingga tengah hari untuk check-in. Anda mungkin tidak bersalah, tetapi saya tidak akan kembali lagi.

Suasana agak bagus, dan sarapan pagi juga lazat, sangat pelbagai, dan sesuai dengan citarasa orang Cina. Patut dicuba! Kami menempah bilik dengan balkoni, jadi kami boleh melihat pemandangan malam, cuma lokasinya mungkin sedikit kurang strategik.

Hotel yang hebat. Bersih, selesa, perkhidmatan yang hebat. Walau bagaimanapun, persekitaran hotel ini tidaklah sebaik yang diharapkan.

Mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di Somerset, menyukai hotel itu sendiri dan kakitangannya sangat ramah dan membantu. Pasti akan tinggal lagi pada masa akan datang.

Kami rasa seperti tinggal di rumah kami di Singapura dan tempat itu bersih dan tenang. Hanya tandas yang boleh dicerahkan jika boleh kerana rasa sedikit malap. Kami berharap pada masa hadapan dapat menginap di apartmen ini lagi, terima kasih. Kami mempunyai ruang basuh untuk mencuci dan hanya perlu membeli sabun sendiri atau boleh meminta pengemasan untuk memberikannya kepada kami.

Room complete with washing machine, electric stove, beautiful view, which is very convenient for us to think next action plan during stranded due to flight cancelled. Easy access and nearby convenience stores.

Loved my stay. Loved having washing and home elements to feel grounded while travelling. When booked didn’t know there was a sauna so that was an awesome bonus. Can’t speak to food as didn’t eat at hotel. But coffee downstairs was great

Had amazing time in this hotel, all clean, view was great. We had special request which they agreed. Fridge, aircon, everything works well. Taxi stand nearby which make it easy to travel around. We will comeback again in other occasion.

overall, a very pleasant stay and hotel staff were excellent and polite. 1. in less than 3 minutes after calling front desk, a housekeeping staff came by to teach how to activate the dryer mode for the laundry machine. if a washing mode with multiple steps is in use, please note you might need to manually tap on the “play” button to proceed to the next step, so plan your laundry accordingly. 2. the room was left on dnd for more than a day and the hotel contacted us via whatsapp to verify that cleaning was not needed. requested for amenities to be placed right at the door and the request was well fulfilled. 3. had ordered a package that only arrived after i checked out of the hotel. i had informed the hotel about this potential issue before leaving and they promptly followed up on it. they followed the step by step instructions and it was a hassle-free coordination. (please note that courier from the hotel and to your home address has to be self-arranged.) 4. complimentary parking is available. i eventually did not request it, but all you have to let front desk know in advance is the vehicle plate number. extra pillows are available in the closet. the ample space in the kitchen area allowed for more space for laundry and baggage. location is quite central to major malls and some iconic landmarks. however, if you are travelling with elderly, children (or a light sleeper), you will hear the daily morning prayers from the nearby mosque at around 4.30am local time. i’d recommend anyone staying here to bring some earplugs. it wasn’t an issue for me as i slept off it after the first occurrence. some timestamps by car 1. banyard ~30mins in AM 2. cgk airport ~60mins in late AM (book a Grab ride at least 2 hours in advance for stress-free experience) 3. gould cafe ~8mins in AM 4. mori tower ~8mins in AM
