Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

As usual kempinski have their own standard in hospitality industry. They employed good staffs And also try to perceive what each individual needs are. How ever during this 2 nights stay only this 2 small flawed. 1. The shampoo was not in my bathroom and need to get the housekeeping to sent later. How ever probably need for the supplier to change the Color of 3 bath amenities since during busy time will be easy for them to set in the room. For your information shampoo and shower gel are same colour and the writing was very tiny. The other is during breakfast on Sunday. I know it was busy morning but I’ve ordered a new coffee and went to the smoking section to make a call and when I’ve return my table was reset and someone else have taken the table. Possible to put a signage or code for the occupancy of tables since even though the staff are well trained but some how some message was not translated as what customers wish for so I just went back to my room with only with half full stomach.

I was staying at MO Jakarta for quarantine repratriation 10 days in December 2021. At the beginning, I asked the staff via email to provide me bank details for bank transfer before I check-in but it was not provided until the day of check-in then I need to use my personal bank account. Food tasted very good and room was comfortable too. I think the letdown is laundry service that is not clear for pick-up time and one day staff forgot to pick my laundry but it’s okay caused I contacted the guest service. I’d also thank the staff who gave me mineral water in gallon and dispenser. It is such good innitiative and kind gesture. Overall, I am happy to stay at MO Jakarta for isolated 10 days without boredom and discomfort.

The rooms was really comfort, I was really enjoy with the hotel facilities. I came with my family, my son was really happy and enjoy with the pool ambience. With city view, and first time in Jakarta make us really enjoy. Location close to every where, special thanks to Ibu vinna and the team very friendly.

Hotel was nice. Shame about the street it's on. Nothing of note within walking distance and the traffic was a problem. But, that's Jakarta.

Thanks for simple decor I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the design of the hotel is quite good with a London theme, the rooms are quite clean, there is no view on the sixth floor and there is not much of a menu for breakfast but it's okay, quite satisfied, thank you for your service🫶🏻

We booked two Superior Rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Family Suite by the friendly reception staff. We liked the bright and lively vibes of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Harmonie Exchange Mall, with good restaurants. The breakfast spread was nice, with a wide selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay at the Yello Hotel Harmoni!

Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is a new Hotel (Open in June 2024). The hotel is located at Pecenongan, which has a number of legendary eatery such as Bubur Kwan Tung, Lumpia Jakarta and Martabak Pecenongan. The hotel is nice and modern with a touch of luxury. Fun Fact: The Hotel has a number of huge, hugable Teddy Bears all accross the lobby area. When staying at Movenpick Hotels, make sure NOT to miss out on the Signature Chocolate Hour, where they provide complimentary chocolate-themed sweets for the staying guests. The room at Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is modern and has a warm tone. The hotel is environmentaly friendly. The Hotel Room Key is made out of wood material (instead of plastic). Moreover, the Toothpaste is stored in tiny paper bag (instead of plastic tube). Breakfast Breakfast at Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is VERY SPECIAL. It has HUGE selection of Indonesian Culinary, Indonesian Delicacies, mouthwatering Desserts as well as Asian, and Western options. You won't believe how extensive the breakfast speread is... The Breakfast and The Chocolate Hour are definitely the highlight of the stay! Wilde Cut We had dinner at Wilde Cut. The price was premium but the food quality is superb.

Nice and Clean Hotel, easy access for Public transport, easy to get local food , everything walking distance , clean hotel

The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was amazing. The room was big, very comfortable. The only thing is that every time that I called a grab, I have to pay to the driver, because he had to pay to enter the hotel pick up location.
