The location is great! Very near the lake, great for a short walk after dinner. There's a Lululemon beside as well. Breakfast is complimentary and quite awesome. Highly recommend anyone who is staying in Kelowna.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had booked a room for 3 beds, but one of our friends was not able to make it. The staff was very understanding and were able to provide us with a 2 bed room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I stay here once or twice a year when I come to visit family, and usually, it's great. It's an older property and needs a refresh, but it's still (was) my favorite place to stay. This time tho, I'm not feeling the love No mobile key available - had to phone to ask where it was. Hotel did not reach out to advise it wasn't available although there had been known Issues Asked for a room on a lower floor one week before reservation and told when I checked in there were none available, which is I believe due to the mobile key not being available on time. Front desk staff not accommodating at all about it. Microwave in room unplugged Stain on the bed Beds hard as a rock Pillows are so soft, if you like a harder pillow be sure to bring one. One of our nights, there was a ton of kids outside running and hollering in the front of the property. Had to call down to the front desk and even then, it took over 45 mins before it stopped. Take my advice and get a room on the backside of the property. Breakfast no longer included, very disappointed. I'm probably being a bit picky because I'm used to such a great experience. Pretty disappointed this time but the extra ducks from the staff made me feel better

We stayed April 27 and decided to return in August. I booked through GoSplitty .... what a huge mistake. I strongly urge people to check with the Better Business Bureau and GoSplitty reviews prior to booking with them. Long story short once you book through GoSplitty it is almost impossible to contact them. But if you use your desktop computer, and go to their website you will be able to cancel. They count on people giving up and then keep their money. Now shame on you Ramada in Kelowna. I called many times to see if you could assist me. Your argument that I booked through a third party, although accurate does not let you off the hook. You could have sent an email to Go Splitty, maybe made a phone call OR alter realizing that so many people are getting ripped off decided not to do business with this company. It is when you close your eyes to these types of situations you become part of the problem. I will say that your staff was very sympathetic, but sympathy does not pay the bills. You can do better Ramada, but you have to make the decision to put in the time and effort, and I believe your customers deserve better.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

PPengguna TetamuI had stayed at the TownePlace hotel in December and then again in January. My first visit was good but unfortunately our TV was not working. It was really late when we turned it on so they couldn't fix it. But they were kind enough to try and did offer a second room, which we declined. We still loved the hotel and wanted to give it a second chance. My eldest son has a tumor in his brain that needs to come out. So our visits are stressful. I did email ahead of time and asked if they could just make sure the TV is working, when we arrive. At check in, we received a nice warm welcome to an upgraded room, a welcome bag of goodies, with a card and they even programmed the TV to say ”Good afternoon Christine” This was such a nice touch!!! This hotel knows the importance of customer service. If you are in West Kelowna, for leisure, business or medical reasons, I would highly recommend The TownePlace Suites by Marriott, for a great place to stay!

BBobI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here earlier (when it was known as Kelowna Inn & Suites) and came back to stay here again after the name changed to what it is now. We loved the room we stayed before and wanted to stay in the same room. The front desk personnel were nice enough to let us have the room that we were almost sure to have stayed in several years ago. The room appeared renovated as it no longer had the jacuzzi. We had no issues with that as absence of the jacuzzi made the large room appear more spacious despite the furniture in the room. Out of the furniture what we didn’t like was the round table. It was flimsy and somewhat unstable. The breakfast time period (6am – 10am) was very useful particularly for those who wanted to leave early in the morning. A hearty self-serve breakfast was offered that consisted of cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, butter, cheese, honey and an assortment of jam/jelly. We liked the breakfast. This hotel provided good value for money and we enjoyed our stay here again !

PPengguna TetamuVery clean room, great staff, and excellent location for enjoying downtown. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice break. The room had a mini fridge (for drinks and leftovers) and a microwave and single cup coffee maker (ask for extra coffee pouches). One side faces the main road through town and might be a little loud for some folks, the other side is on the alley (still a decent view). some rooms face the lake and the park. Parking cost $15 per night but is handy and fairly secure.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the Kelowna Super 8 for a longer term stay as we have just moved to Canada. My stay was pleasant and the beds were comfortable but I wasn't overly impressed with the property or some of the policies that I faced during my stay. The rooms were VERY dated and although they were clean, the property is definitely in need of an upgrade. The state of the property unfortunately is not the reason for my poor rating. When I checked in, my experience started poorly as I was told that instead of the typical $200 room deposit, the property was going to charge me $500 instead because I was going to stay there longer term (10 days) - 1st negative Then I was told that if I wanted to change my linens, I would PERSONALLY have to ***** my bed and bring the towels and linens to the front desk where I would then need to collect new linens and MAKE MY OWN bed. For the cost of my stay this is unacceptable! - 2nd Huge Negative I fully understand that it is important to minimize contact in order to protect your staff from exposure to COVID but, there are other ways to manage this in a property of your size! I offered to let the front desk know when I was going to be away from my room during the day (I have just started a new job with Interior Health with BC Cancer.) but was told that if I wanted my room cleaned while I was staying onsite I would need to pack up and move to a new room. - 3rd negative As I mentioned, I have just arrived from Australia to start a new job and had 3 bags with me while waiting for our temporary accommodation to become available in October. Moving rooms was not only a huge inconvenience but completely unacceptable given that I was staying for a long term in the hotel. Lastly, I was charged up front for my entire 10-day stay. While this in and of itself is not a massive issue, I have travelled globally and have NEVER been charged for a 10-day hotel stay until the end of my visit. I was made to feel like a degenerate instead of a valued patron as I was told the billing was made in case I didn't pay my bill at the end of my stay??? Your team, along with all other hotels in my booking experience took a copy of my credit card and identification when I checked in, additionally, you have my address, phone number and email contact information from my reservation. How is it that I am purportedly not meant to pay for my stay if you have these personal details on file? Again, my complaint about this is based more on principle...
