Residence Sabrina

I stayed in this residence from the 2nd of july till the 30th, for 4 weeks. After a couple of days in our apar**ent, one night at 3.45 am, my wife and my son woke up because they felt something hitching on their legs,my wife turned the light on and checked the bed linen and she realized that the bed was full of bedbugs, that night we didn't sleep and in the morning we had a terrible headache. At 8.30 a.m we went to the reception and we asked to be moved to another apar**ent, it was wednsday and mrs Sabrina replied that she didn't have any flat available till saturday she said she could sanitize the flat ,change the bed and the mattress but I refused. The bedbugs had their nest in the shelf above the bed,so all that mrs Sabrina meant to do, was useless. At the end she asked us to move from 408 as soon as possibile, she was expecting some customers to arrive that same afternoon, so she swapped the flats and gave us the flat 101 it wasn't an upgrade, a very noisy flat, people coming and going all day long because it was close to the reception ,I could hear at every hour of the day people speaking loud, luggage placed behind my door,sometimes I had to ask people to move to let me out of my apar**ent. Well at the end I paid for all the money due for the 4 weeks stay,I didn't get any discount for all the troubles my family and I went through that day,we didn't go to the beach that morning because we had to move our stuff to the other flat. Dear mrs Sabrina, money is not everything,I think that it is very important that customers are happy and come back to your residence in the future, well you have lost the chance with my family,I will never come back in such a place.

Weekend da ripetere…..ottima accoglienza,personale veramente gentile e disponibile sia allla reception che al bar… Appartamenti molto puliti e confortevoli arredati con gusto e ristrutturati di recente con vista diretta sul mare da togliere il fiato !!! Consigliato… ritorneremo sicuramente…!!

Personale gentilissimo , alloggio pulizia impeccabile comodissimo per chi ha un cane spiaggia libera a un minuto dal residence vicino a supermercati e 15 Min a piedi dal centro , servizio bar ottimo con personale simpatico e famigliare siamo stati benissimo

Die Residence Sabrina feiert dieses Jahr 50. Bestehen- Gratulation🎉 Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Appartement mit Klimaanlage und Blick aufs Meer. Die vorbeifahrenden Züge stören nicht, sind bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar! Und man schließt die Fenster freiwillig wg. Hitze 😅. Das Personal ist super freundlich und spricht auch perfekt deutsch. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, Details der Inneneinrichtung erinnern an die Gründung vor 50 Jahren. Es ist teils renoviert auf Mittelklassestandard. Für die Selbstverpflegung ist die Ausstattung top- alles da was man so braucht! ABER- Pizzeria Gianni auf der Promenade ist ein MUSS, Tischreservierung auch! Auf der Promenade ist viel los, jeden Abend ist abwechselndes Programm für jung , alt und älter geboten- herrlich wie alle auf der Straße tanzen🤩Nachbarort ALBENGA ist zu Fuß in ca. 1 Stunde erreichbar, schöne italienische Altstadt- ein Besuch wert! Zurück mit dem Linienbus ist auch kein Problem- Tickets gibt es in der Residence an der Rezeption! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Grazie mille☀️

Ottima struttura per vacanze al mare.Appartamenti puliti e forniti dell essenziale.A 2 passi dalla spiaggia,basta attraversare la strada ed un sottopasso.Spiagge sia libere che gestite a pagamento.Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni evenienza.A 300 metri da supermercati e lungomare.E poi da Ceriale ci si muove per tante altre belle località vicine.Ci torneremo sicuramente

Gli appartamenti sono comodissimi, il personale semplicemente fantastico, il secondo anno consecutivo che trascorro in questo residence, la Sig.ra Sabrina la figlia è tutto il suo staff sono semplicemente fantastici. Pulizia impeccabile e sempre disponibili. Ottima conferma della mia esperienza. Il primo anno a causa di un incidente di percorso abbiamo dovuto anticipare il rientro, quest’anno la Sig.ra ci ha offerto un soggiorno ad un prezzo estremamente vantaggioso, sinonimo di grande professionalità e umanità. Alla prossima estate… un saluto famiglia Citro

Struttura molto accogliente il personale e’ molto gentile e ti fa sentire a casa. L’appartamento e ‘ arredato con stile. Da consigliare per coppie e famiglie con bambini anche piccoli. Molto apprezzata la pulizia impeccabile

Posto che da anni frequentiamo sempre all'altezza delle aspettative.Se trovate l'appartamento sul mare avete fatto bingo.Parcheggio molto comodo e gratuito che in Liguria non è poco.Comodo per la spesa un supermercato a 200 m.

Iniziamo con l accoglienza:buona e professionale...ma bassa capacità di gestione...perché le famiglie con i bimbi piccoli non vanno messi all'ultimo piano e quindi a disturbare chi sta al piano sotto..poi noi eravamo in due e, nonostante fosse un periodo di bassissima stagione, abbiamo trovato solo un bilocale con sei posti letto, quindi si poteva applicare almeno uno sconto! Così come la colazione..ok è un residence e quindi non spetta..ma vista la presenza di un bar (probabilmente stessa gestione, visto il nome uguale al residence) si poteva almeno creare una convenzione x gli ospiti del residence... Per il resto la stanza è carina e super accessoriata ma vi era un divano letto alquanto scomodo...sarebbe stato più comodo dormire sui letti singoli...cmq diciamo che per due giorni si poteva accettare... altrimenti no..non conviene...se non hai intenzione di pagare un fisioterapista.. Poi vi è una convenzione con il bagno Lido..tutti carini, cortesi e buon cibo...per la questione spiaggia,ombrelloni e lettini conviene prima chiedere li direttamente e poi al residence, x capire se conviene o meno!
