The previous comments on the rooms are somewhat exaggerated although the rooms could benefit from some updating. That said, ours was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel has many positives: great position; it was lovely to have breakfast with a view over the sea. Food was consistently great quality and varied. We loved the hams and cheeses in particular. The dining room staff were always helpful, attentive and quick. Bagno Stella was pleasant. It is a pet friendly beach with a designated section. We left our cat at home (naturally), but it was nice to see other guests’ doggies enjoying their holidays. There was an unfortunate comment from one of the animation staff on the amount we tipped him. Presuming he was supplied by an external agency, we won’t blame the hotel. Overall, a great hotel and we would return.

Das Hotel bietet exzellentes Essen morgens, mittags und abends, einen schönen Pool und extrem nettes Personal. Perfekt für Radfahrer mit vielen Tourenvorschlägen in der Heimatstadt von Marco Pantani. Kostenlose Leihmöglichkeiten für Räder und Kinderwagen runden das Angebot ab. Der Hoteleigene Strand liegt perfekt auf der anderen Straßenseite mit toller Strandbar.

Hotel pulito ma con camere un po' datate come stile. Abbiamo fatto solo colazione (che direi di normale amministrazione) . La piscina esterna non era funzionante ma meglio così perché faceva ancora freschino. Nel complesso direi comunque buono+++

Sicuramente uno degli hotel dove si è mangiato meglio in assoluto, tutti molto cordiali, un saluto al nostro cameriere Francesco, velocissimo, e simpaticissimo, camera grande, e comoda,unica pecca, l'animazione, i 2 ragazzi sono simpatici e in gamba, ma credo si possa fare qualcosa di più.

Mi sono trovata benissimo tutto al top staff cordialissimo ed efficiente lo straconsiglio e ci ritorno sicuramente è una struttura che consiglio a tutti attrezzatissima per chi ha bambini piccoli noi avevamo una bambina di due anni ci siamo trovati da Dio

Albergo vecchio con porte rumorosissime e non isolato dai rumori, la cassaforte a 10 cm dal pavimento e il bagno è molto scomodo, il menù è sempre lo stesso e nel locale è confusionato. In sintesi non lo consiglio.

Hotel da 4 stelle ……. Assolutamente no!!!! C’è tanto da rivedere….. comunque il trattamento pensione completa ottimo direi…. Cibo di qualità e abbondante….. il personale gentilissimo … grazie a Cristina sempre carina e disponibile!!!

Parto dal presupposto che un albergo classificato 4 stelle negli anni 80 NON PUO' continuare ad essere considerato 4 stelle nel 2023 se non siano stati fatti i normali lavori di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento necessari; ciò è stato fatto solo per la parte esterna ma all'interno si fa un tuffo indietro nel tempo di 40 anni almeno....pavimenti con piastrelle vecchie, mobili vecchi in parte scheggiati, nel bagno senza finestra vi è una sola luce fioca centrale non vi sono luci sopra lo specchio, doccia dalle dimensioni imbarazzanti, difficile riuscire a girarsi al suo interno, porte del bagno in legno scheggiate e sverniciate, materassi a molle al limite dello sfondamento, difficile pensare ad una vacanza di più gg in questa struttura. Qualche nota positiva: - personale cordiale - ottima posizione, si attraversa la strada e sei in spiaggia - buono e abbondante il buffet delle colazioni In conclusione, se vado in un 4 stelle mi aspetto un hotel di livello, quasi lussuoso, in questo caso è esattamente l'opposto e credo non sia rispettoso nei confronti del cliente che paga, anche perchè i prezzi , questi si, sono stati sapientemente ed esageratamente aggiornati

Un tuffo negli anni 60…. Camera grande, mattonelle sale e pepe tipico di 50 anni fa, lavandino blu caratteristico di quell’epoca, materassi usati e strausati, lenzuola e coprilenzuola vecchi, quando una cosa e vecchia si vede… Pulizia appena sufficiente, si spazza ancora con la scopa come negli anni 60. Ascensore lentissimo fai prima ad andare a piedi. L’esterno dell hotel tutto rimodernato inganna. Se ci si trova di passaggio per massimo 1/2 notti può andare anche bene, ma pensate di fare una vacanza per me sarebbe impossibile. Personale gentile Parcheggio riservato a 200 metri ottimo per i periodi affollati.
