Ulasan Grand Faik Hotel

I think it’s great,not as other reviews they have a clean room and housekeeping everyday if u like.have a little balcony that can see the sea.Nearby the Main Street and sea. I booked 3days online and 2 more days offline,next time I still will considering here.

Staff are helpful, great value, nice view and free breakfast is a plus.

The service is average. When checking in, there was an extra person and they didn't tell me that they would charge for breakfast until I mentioned it. It's similar to the 7 Days Inn in China. The breakfast was terrible and they charged me 10 euros per person

When cleaning the room, the floors were dirty and the toilet was filthy. The furniture in the room was new. The breakfast was a complete fiasco, it was sloppy, it was not a breakfast made to be given to guests. As long as the portions on the plates were not full and the people preparing the breakfast were as comfortable as if they were serving breakfast at home, not a hotel employee. When we arrived without having fun at night, the hotel doors were locked, we had a hard time reaching the reception and we stayed at the door. I would never choose it again.

The breakfast is average, the hotel does not have its own parking space, and there is no kettle in the room.

The front desk service is very good, the location is easy to find, and there is a small balcony with beautiful scenery

Location is super central. That's the only positive aspect. Cleanliness is not good. We were there for 5 days and the bed wasn't even made, the towels weren't even changed, or generally cleaned. On the first day our air conditioning was broken On the 4th day the elevator stopped working and we had to walk to the 3rd floor The hotel is totally noisy, you can hear every child screaming in the hallway at 1 a.m. as if they were in their own room.
