Sehr schönes Hotel und ideal auch mit Kindern. Eintritt in das Thermalbad war am An-und Abreisetag inbegriffen. Ausgezeichnet!

This is a solid 4 star hotel that is perfect for a few days skiing in the 4-vallées region: Pros: • comfortable and spacious rooms with very nice bathrooms • close to main ski lift so that can be on gondola within 5 mins of leaving hotel • Close to all restaurants etc that Nendaz has to offer • Nice breakfast included • Nice spa (free for hotel guests) Cons: • Swiss prices !!!! • not ski-in/out • hotel doesn’t have much of an atmosphere • boot and ski room accessed via car parking area which is not very pleasant • Spa can get full of non-hotel guests(paying guests) All-in-all this is a great location if you want to ski the 4-vallees area (but don’t fancy Verbier). The hotel is fine although it wouldn’t warrant a premium price over other local options.

We stayed at the W in Verbier for one week. The hotel met all of my expectations. The location is perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the gondola. Shout out to Nikko in the ski storage area, he was super nice and informative and he saved the day when the main gondola shut down for half a day. Got us a shuttle to different area of mountain to find a lift! I was worried about the room being large enough for 2 people for a week with all of our luggage, but that was not an issue whatsoever... and we were in a basic fabulous room. Plenty of room, fireplace, stand alone tub, balcony... The bar was spacious and Nikki was the most fun and outgoing bartender!! He had great stories and great cocktails! The concierge were amazing, made us reservations for every night we were there and they were right on! The shuttle is also convenient if you don't want to walk, but we still walked most nights. I highly recommend booking a ski guide for at least half a day if you have not skied the mountain. It was very informative and helped tremendously for the remaining few days. You can charge it to your room and they meet you in the ski locker. My only complaint was the house cleaning service, they came later and later as the week went on and one day they were still in our room at 5:30pm... we finally had to ask her to leave so we could get ready for dinner. Overall it was a fantastic trip, highly recommend.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la sortie d'autoroute. Personnel sympathique et aux petits soins pour les clients. On nous a tout de suite demandé si nous venions pour le festival de musique alors que nous ignorions son existence, et bien que notre arrivée était un dimanche, on a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment se rendre à pied en ville. Nous nous souviendrons entre autre du sourire omniprésent et de la gentillesse de Chloé à la réception. La terrasse abritée est très agréable pour boire un verre ou diner. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si l'occasion se présente.

Très déçus J’avais lu de bons commentaires sur l’hôtel et pensait qu’il allait être in! Au final tout est super cheep. La déco se veut stylée mais la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. Tout est très mal fini. Pas d’armoire dans la chambre mais un grillage on se croirait en prison. La fenêtre ne s’ouvre qu’en aposte et la climatisation fait un bruit d’enfer. Lors de la réservation on peut choisir son oreiller mais cela n’est pas garanti à 100%, au final rien, un oreiller synthétique très dure. Ils ont voulu faire un hôtel branché, mais la qualité nos est pas du tout pour chf 169/nuit avec le petit déjeuner, c’est cher pour ce que c’est. Les points positifs: Bon petit déjeuner et personnel agréable

This hotel realy stands out as a good value . Good size room with most comfortable beds (I've had one of the best and deepest good nigt sleeps ever). The TV is huge with all important international chanels, the bathroom was spacious & spotless. What did surprice me the most, was the breakfast. So delicious and so very Swiss. Selection of cheese, cold meat , pastry , bread, which was absolutely fantastic, cerials, eggs etc and on top of that fresh orange juice and a very good coffe. There are two lovely ladies who will assist you with a smile as soon you need anything. The location is unbeatable, just 3 min walk from the train station and yet in the very village center with all the amenities within walking distance you can wish for. The check in was quick and smooth. I will definitely return. ❤❤❤

Having previously stayed in chalets for our family ski holidays (our son is now 9) we felt a hotel would fit our needs better for our 5 night stay. I found this hotel on the internet, booked direcetly as it offered the best price. We did our own transfers from Geneva airport using the train, then changing to the tram in Bex, the hotel did point out before arrival that the train to Aigle then the bus was slightly quicker, but we prefered the tram option. This was all easy to book on line with the swiss train network and is much more cost effective than a car/taxi transfer. Our was around £150 return for the 3 of us. We also booked our ski pass, ski hire and our sons ski lessons directly on line, the hotel did offer on our arrival but I'm sure it would have been at a premium. On arriving at 2pm our room wasn't quite ready, as check in was from 3pm. But this did give us opportunity to collect our ski passes from one of the automated machines using the QR code, and collect our hired skis from the shop next to the hotel 'Sports House' who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has ski lockers for your boots and skis Once checked in we took our suitcases to our room, (there wasn't an offer of any help) having been up since 3am and clearly looking tired! Our room was a superior double (single beds pushed together) and a camp type bed for our 9 year old son. I had read that some found the hotel noisy, our room was on the -0 level just 1 storey high, so nobody above and hardly and passing people so it was perfect and quiet, other than party goers coming home at 2 am most mornings (not the hotels fault) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Strangley in the lobby/wardrobe area it had a fabulous tiny kitchen with a microwave, full sized undercounter fridge, hob and sink. There was 4 plates, bowls and cutlery but no kettle or pans. We used the fridge to cool the water etc. I would be lovely if they included a kettle, but I guess they want the spend in the hotel not people making tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was delicous, and a good choice of hot/cold. The ski lift was a short bus ride away, the bus stop just outside the hotel, so easy to get to the lifts. We ate out at local resturants all but 1 evening when we ate at Peppino's, the pizza was very nice indeed. We had hot chocolates in the hotel bar on two occasions, and got overcharged on both occasions, until I pointed out the error. We used the swimming pool 3 times, it was lovely to swim after a day on the slopes, the hotel provided dressing gowns and towels. Our room was cleaned each day by the time we got back in from skiing, we did end up with a huge amount of towels, they left clean but never took used away! The hotel loaction for the village is excellent, a few minutes walk to the local resturants and the co-op. We (a couple in our mid 70s) stayed at Patrice's wonderful studio apartment for three nights. Excellent location, and the studio was well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a little balcony. Patrice was very warm and welcoming and so helpful. Thank you !
