Have stayed here many times, their service is top notch, and the new 999 restaurant is great.

The room is spacious and pleasant. Gym, while compact, is equipped adequately for the training of various body parts. Only point for consideration was that the breakfast spread could have been wider.

The hotel location is very good to connect everything to you.

Very cheef Price

Pretty bad experience from the room type I booked to the treatment given post having dinner. Waiters running towards you like you are stealing something, Raman was the manager who is one of the most unprofessional people I have come across. Great hotel and location but staff needs manners and upskilling to behave better with customers

The service at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

It was pretty good. The noodles and fish in the evening buffet were very good. I ate two plates. The SPA environment inside was good The waiter made various towel shapes for me

Paid for an executive room, but due to the India-Pakistan war, it was not open to the public, so we were given a regular guest room. The door opposite to this room was the staff workroom. It was very noisy until midnight, with people coming in and out and calling the front desk. It was quiet outside the door, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep. It's really not JW's level. Besides, it was a birthday for someone in our family, but we didn't say anything special. We just apologized when we checked out during the day. Hotel service is real No match JW image and it’s reality!
