Won’t suggest the hotel. I had 2 rooms booked for family, 1 had cockroach. Towels were very dirty and didn’t have pressure in shower at all.
Only good thing - 1 staff who helped us with bags and waited with us was very nice and extremely helpful

It’s a great place for a small Budget customer!
I personally like more better places to stay.
I stayed one night after travelling 21 hours. Need a place to sleep.

Excellent location, can't beat that. Hotel is very small and need renovation. Staff is excellent. Service is very nice. Some rooms like Suites are ok. Furniture is very old. They need serious renovations.

I stayed here for a brief overnight trip.
The hotel is compact and eco-friendly. The check-in staff was a bit stoic - no smiles at all. The rooms are nice but the bedding has to be freshened up a bit more. Same thing with the breakfast buffet - could be a bit more well-lit and fresh-looking.
Generally the environment was not very uplifting - but the place was peaceful.
The lighting controls in the room should also be explained to the guest by a member of the room staff.

Nice hotel with exceptional service. Food was awesome & all the other restaurents were just step away, which were amazing too. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone with great service and food.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good amenities . Service at hotel is good . Mr Rajendra hotel ***ager was very helpful. Hotel is centrally located with good choice of eaters around and Shastry market in close vicinity . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The wifi is pathetic. The TV have very poor picture quality; there was no operating restaurant other than for breakfast between 6.30am to 10am. The entry to the hotel from the road level is obscure and hidden. There was no room service. I had a heritage room and there was nothing heritage about it except for plastic woven ratten pattern on the wall. The room lighting was pathetic and the arm chair came apart at the first sitting. The thumping from the night club on the 13th floor made sleep impossible.
