We came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. We liked that the breakfast was made complimentary since there is less staff to allow their workers to take the holiday off. It was a nice stay and would be back again

Bilik tidak dibersihkan dengan betul, botol air terpakai terdapat di dalam peti sejuk dan di belakang bangku kaki. Bahagian atas busur n anak panah tajam ditemui di dalam almari dan Termostat rosak dan terus menyebut bateri lemah walaupun bateri baharu dimasukkan DUA KALI.
Pintu utama tidak ditutup dan pasukan penyelenggaraan terpaksa datang menanggalkan pintu dan menggantikannya.

PPengguna TetamuI’ll start with the best things about this resort. We stayed in a tower suite, the rooms are really nice and the quality of the bed/pillows were great. The bathroom was huge and had a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. We had a view overlooking the pool and mountains from the 8th floor that was really pretty. Take note that the housekeeping has no chill and will repeatedly ring your doorbell by 8am. There is a little privacy button next to the door, I’d recommend using it if you plan on sleeping in. We were part of a group attending for a business conference, so this was more vacation for me and work for my husband. I ordered lunch three days in a row poolside, be advised that they automatically add an 18% gratuity (which isn’t communicated anywhere) so the staff wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Water is complimentary but the small bottles go fast and since they don’t come around super often, I’d recommend bringing your own larger bottle. Two of the three times dining pool side, my bill was messed up and I had to wait on a manager which required having to leave the pool area and return later to resolve an issue on their end. Also, double check ingredients from items off the pool menu. The chicken quesadilla had peppers and onions in it and they weren’t listed (for those with food allergies). I will say each meal I ordered was delicious! We called Ling and Louie’s one night to ask if they do carry out orders, we were told yes but it’s a very limited menu compared to their dine-in menu (they didn’t tell us that part) and they try to make you eat there. We were told that they’re deterred from giving boxes for leftovers/to go. Finally, there is a shuttle that runs to/from the outlet mall but that isn’t the only stop it makes, however no one tells you that or asks where you’re headed when you get on the bus. So for any future traveler, the shuttle goes to the outlet mall, the Sheraton and a spa & equestrian place. There is no signage for the shuttle or set running schedule, you’ll have to ask your driver for that but definitely make sure to tell them where you’re going or you’ll end up on a long ride. For the most part we experienced friendly staff and had a great time there.

However, it wasn't until we checked in that we learned that breakfast wasn't going to be the hot breakfast that we expect from Hampton Inn, but for the weekend, it was a cold ”grab and go breakfast”. It wasn't quite as bad as the COVID breakfasts that we experienced in the past, but had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. I understand that it's difficult to find staff these days, but a warning before booking would have been nice. Plus, they started shutting it down at 9:30. That's way too early for a weekend. That isn't a staffing issue. As for the room, it would have been great if the bed sheets weren't stained. That, combined with the fact that many hotels, including this one, don't bother ironing their sheets now days, I had to wonder if the sheets were even changed after the last guest. I just started using Hampton Inn again after a bad experience years back. I was pleasantly surprised and have been booking with them more often. However, experiences like this, make me wonder if they really value my business.

This Homewood is an older style property with the split buildings. I was only here for a night just on a layover and visiting a friend at Sky-Harbor. It was a really good rate. Was it perfect? No. But it was reasonably priced and I got a one bedroom suite (I was expecting a studio). I am unsure how the breakfast was as I missed it as I was asleep haha, but overall it was good. Nice pool and hot tub it looked like fun! Elise and Josh were super nice and efficient as well! There’s a parking fee to park here FYI! It is $15 I believe!

The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol
