Food could be upgraded more fresh fruit not just apples, oranges, and bananas, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Maybe add nuts and steel oatmeal

This historic hotel is full of desert charm. It is in the heart of vibrant downtown Chandler yet features spacious courtyards and unobstructed views. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The amenities good and staff very friendly. We will be back!

We came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. We liked that the breakfast was made complimentary since there is less staff to allow their workers to take the holiday off. It was a nice stay and would be back again

Bahagian atas busur n anak panah tajam ditemui di dalam almari dan Termostat rosak dan terus menyebut bateri lemah walaupun bateri baharu dimasukkan DUA KALI. Pintu utama tidak ditutup dan pasukan penyelenggaraan terpaksa datang menanggalkan pintu dan menggantikannya. Lauren sangat mengagumkan dalam membantu kami sepanjang perjalanan kami.

房間非常大，衛生乾淨，前台服務態度很熱情，前台有免費的咖啡和檸檬水喝，周邊離商場也很近，辦完事兒還能去看個電影，很好，下次還住這兒！

Kakitangan sangat ramah dan sentiasa ada. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta. Biliknya luas dan tempat tidurnya selesa.

The Hotel was so nice and clean. Great location. Nice and friendly desk clerk as well.

Saya fikir hotel ini sangat tenang dan kakitangannya sangat membantu. Jika saya terpaksa tinggal di mana-mana apabila saya pergi ke chandler ia akan berada di sana terima kasih.

I’ll start with the best things about this resort. We stayed in a tower suite, the rooms are really nice and the quality of the bed/pillows were great. The bathroom was huge and had a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. We had a view overlooking the pool and mountains from the 8th floor that was really pretty. Take note that the housekeeping has no chill and will repeatedly ring your doorbell by 8am. There is a little privacy button next to the door, I’d recommend using it if you plan on sleeping in. We were part of a group attending for a business conference, so this was more vacation for me and work for my husband. I ordered lunch three days in a row poolside, be advised that they automatically add an 18% gratuity (which isn’t communicated anywhere) so the staff wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Water is complimentary but the small bottles go fast and since they don’t come around super often, I’d recommend bringing your own larger bottle. Two of the three times dining pool side, my bill was messed up and I had to wait on a manager which required having to leave the pool area and return later to resolve an issue on their end. Also, double check ingredients from items off the pool menu. The chicken quesadilla had peppers and onions in it and they weren’t listed (for those with food allergies). I will say each meal I ordered was delicious! We called Ling and Louie’s one night to ask if they do carry out orders, we were told yes but it’s a very limited menu compared to their dine-in menu (they didn’t tell us that part) and they try to make you eat there. We were told that they’re deterred from giving boxes for leftovers/to go. Finally, there is a shuttle that runs to/from the outlet mall but that isn’t the only stop it makes, however no one tells you that or asks where you’re headed when you get on the bus. So for any future traveler, the shuttle goes to the outlet mall, the Sheraton and a spa & equestrian place. There is no signage for the shuttle or set running schedule, you’ll have to ask your driver for that but definitely make sure to tell them where you’re going or you’ll end up on a long ride. For the most part we experienced friendly staff and had a great time there.

Great place to stay would recommend to anyone. Hotel is very nice and great location for a family
