CCyGomezWe got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

PPengguna Tetamu因為是帶孩子出行，酒店選了很久才選了這家，到了果然不負所望，非常乾淨的酒店，布草新，早餐也是很豐盛的，我的頸椎不是很好，所以住酒店我對枕頭的要求很高，一般出差我都會帶着自己的枕頭，因為沒開車不方便帶，我還在擔心睡不好，這家店配置記憶棉的枕頭，這晚睡的極好。酒店的地理位置非常不錯，距離這有山和長影舊址步行800米 性價比高，前台小姐姐還免費幫忙升級了房型，這是一次非常好的入住體驗。

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

GGlebFirst of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of December 2023). The hotel is located just outside Changchun Railway Station, as well as lines 1 and 3 of the metro, and various buses, which is very convenient. Do note that to get there, you need to take the underpass and go out at the Shengli Road (South) exit. The hotel itself is very good, the room is spacious, has all the necessary facilities and those are in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, allowing an early check-in and storing the luggage upon check-out. Overall, a great option if you're visiting Changchun.

FFara.pocaThere are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you

PPengguna Tetamu這次出差住這家酒店，體驗超棒！位置特別好，離我辦事的地方近，交通特方便，附近好多公交地鐵。前台服務超貼心，入住退房都很快，還熱心給我推薦周邊美食景點。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡一覺特解乏。衞生間也乾乾淨淨，洗浴用品質量不錯。隔音效果好，晚上特安靜。早餐豐富，中西式都有，味道不錯。酒店設施全，健身房游泳池都有，休閑放鬆好去處。性價比超高，強烈推薦！
