缺點：服務人員不專業，居然兩天都沒打掃房間，第二天我特意掛了“請即打掃”的牌子，居然還沒有打掃，還藉口説沒看見。另外，房間裏沒有紙抽，桌子上還留有之前沒弄乾凈的黏糊糊的污漬，很是噁心。

離火車站很近，沒有4人能住的大房，衹能訂兩間2人住的，衹説我的房型（大床房）比預想的小，和之前住的其他如家感覺不太一樣，不喜歡房間的香味，很不好聞半天散不掉。還有就是電梯太小了，10幾層樓但電梯8人就超載提醒，下樓有點耽誤時間，但前台服務挺好的，比較禮貌入住也很順利，按需求把我們兩個房間安排在一起了。

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of December 2023). The hotel is located just outside Changchun Railway Station, as well as lines 1 and 3 of the metro, and various buses, which is very convenient. Do note that to get there, you need to take the underpass and go out at the Shengli Road (South) exit. The hotel itself is very good, the room is spacious, has all the necessary facilities and those are in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, allowing an early check-in and storing the luggage upon check-out. Overall, a great option if you're visiting Changchun.

1020電話壞了，前台總像聽不見似的，乾脆我就下樓走兩步吧。10樓視野很開闊。浴室防滑墊很實用，沒有塑料拖鞋赤腳洗有點滑。洗個熱水澡捂在被子裏很愜意，本來瀋陽下大雨趕過來有點燒，睡一覺好多了。

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.
Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

PPengguna TetamuWe were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch!
The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby.
During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us.
This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Many thanks to the hotel staff!
入住这家酒店然后我们非常惊喜！我们因为每年都会来长春探望亲戚，习惯入住附近的一家酒店，这次因为那家酒店在装修因此就找了友谊酒店入住。check in之后到了房间，看到一盘水果及水、饮料等，感觉好贴心！
房间非常舒适整洁宽敞，门口准备了浴袍和拖鞋等用品，房间处处都能感觉到Hotel人员的用心和真诚。而且Hotel的设计风格非常新颖别致时尚大气，让我们休息得很舒服。
早餐也特别丰盛有品质。观察到这里的住客多是参加附近东北师范大学的各国教授和留学生，有不少国际友人。
check out的时候，hotel的工作人员还准备了小点心给我们，服务非常周到细致，给我们留下了深刻的印象。
这是一家性价比极高的Hotel，绝对不亚于一些国际的五星级酒店，非常推荐，是我们以后再来长春的不二首选！非常感谢酒店人员！

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests.
Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 .
Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered.
The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising.
Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush.

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. 環境：酒店環境整潔，環境非常好、設施服務人員很熱情，酒店的性價比較高，舒適優美，距地鐵站挺近的，下地鐵走了十來分鐘 ，步行10分鐘左右，房間舒適衞生，
服務：地理位置好，交通方便，附近商場特別多，購物非常方便。附近有好幾家大型商場，還有個活力城。去哪交通都非常方便還特別近！！！

PPengguna Tetamu來長春參加馬拉松，住在這家酒店交通方便，附近地鐵站，離體育場、南湖公園，東北師大都很近，周邊吃飯也方便，酒店服務不錯，我離店時忘記手串在酒店，前台服務員給我打電話並幫助郵寄回來給我，十分感謝，酒店有年頭了，房間設施有些舊了，但是看得出維護的還是不錯的。時間問題沒有體驗到早餐，下次再來長春還會在選這裏。
