Ulasan Echarm Hotel (Changchun Yiqi Qimaocheng Wanda)

Booked this place and the front desk lady upgraded my room. Seriously, I got the biggest room for the least amount of money, haha! And the breakfast was super good, very satisfied. Just took some random photos of the room before I left.

We drove from Harbin to Changchun and booked this hotel on XC. Since it was during the National Day holiday, hotels near the city center had increased their prices, so we chose this slightly out-of-the-way hotel, and the price was acceptable. There's a parking lot right at the hotel entrance, and because it's located within the Automobile City, there are plenty of parking spaces. Getting around from the hotel is very convenient, and taxis are easily accessible. The front desk attendant was very quick with the check-in process, but the hotel doesn't offer complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The breakfast restaurant is on the first floor, and it's fine for a decent meal. What I have to complain about, though, is that in this day and age, the hotel room actually had a hairdryer from the 90s – low power and weak airflow. Additionally, there are self-service laundromats on the 7th and 9th floors. However, the 7th floor only has two washing machines and no dryer, while the 9th floor has one washing machine and one dryer. Guests needing laundry services all have to wait for that one dryer. The hotel should really consider adding more equipment.

Good for family, friends, or budget traveler, beside have some food stall

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, about 5 kilometers from the city center. The room size is decent, and they provide two pillows on the bed. The shower and toilet are separated (wet and dry areas), and the water pressure in the shower is good. Breakfast is just average; if you buy it separately, it costs 28 yuan. This hotel building is shared with the City Hotel. The laundry room on the 7th floor has two washing machines, and the one on the 9th floor has one washing machine and one dryer.

Traveling with my partner during the National Day holiday, it was our first time staying at this hotel, and to my surprise, the experience was fantastic. The hotel's lovely front desk lady, Huanhuan, greeted us with a cheerful smile and processed our check-in very quickly. Her service was exceptional. The hotel's modern decor perfectly suits young people today, and the lobby downstairs is very grand. There's even breakfast available on the first floor. The value for money is also great. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changchun, and I recommend it to anyone planning a trip here.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but there's a bus stop right outside. It's not too far from anywhere. The room setup was pretty standard, and I even got an upgrade. Plus, it was incredibly quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. I stayed for two consecutive nights.

The parking lot is just an empty space next door, and the charging stations are in a dark alley! They upgraded our room for free, the front desk staff was great, the room was big, and the cleanliness was also good! The soundproofing was decent.

My stay at the Echarm Hotel Changchun FAW branch had its ups and downs. The most immediate positive was the spacious room – plenty of space for luggage and moving around, which made for a very comfortable and un-cramped experience. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: firstly, no conditioner was provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests who need it for hair care. Secondly, the air conditioning emitted a noticeable odor when turned on, affecting air quality and overall comfort. Thirdly, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not catering to diverse dietary needs. On the positive side, the hotel's attention to service and post-stay follow-up was commendable. After checking out, the hotel proactively called to ask about my stay and suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest feedback. Moreover, I accidentally left my charger in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, located it, and assisted with mailing it back. Their efficient and responsible service genuinely resolved my issue. If the hotel can address the AC odor, breakfast variety, and conditioner availability, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to the Changchun FAW area.

The family room's beds were pushed together, which was amazing. We stayed on the 9th floor, facing east, and it was very quiet and comfortable. The only downside was the terrible Wi-Fi; it kept cutting out and was very unstable!

The room I was given initially wasn't what I booked, but they were quick to arrange an upgrade, which was really nice. We had an early start for the Changchun exhibition and our original room didn't include breakfast, but the hotel staff kindly packed us some breakfast to take with us. The service was truly excellent.

A subtle, fresh scent wafts through the air, instantly lifting your mood. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated to be cozy and comfortable. The bedding was soft and pristine; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring an exceptionally sweet night's sleep. All the room amenities were perfect, with easy-to-use smart devices and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. From the environment to the service, this hotel is truly impeccable. I'll definitely choose it again next time I have the chance!

The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was very comfortable. The large glass windows offered expansive views with no tall buildings obstructing the cityscape, allowing us to see far into the distance. The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were new. The housekeeping staff, in particular, were warm and attentive. On the second day, seeing that we had washed a lot of clothes, they even provided two extra hangers, and they always gave us two extra bottles of water daily. There's a convenience store downstairs with very reasonable prices, which was very handy. Although the location was a bit off the beaten path, getting a taxi was easy, and walking to the subway station wasn't too far.

Stayed for two nights! Booked this room for my in-laws who were on a road trip! The hotel's location is excellent! Very convenient for visiting attractions! The room was neat and clean, with complete facilities! The hotel has free parking, making it very convenient to park. The staff were gentle and attentive!

The room is great; I've stayed here multiple times and am very satisfied with the hotel. I'm already a loyal member. Whether in the south or the north, the rooms are consistently clean, tidy, hygienic, and comfortable.
