The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again."

"The room amenities are truly exceptional! Multi-port charging by the bed, blackout curtains, and smart lighting are all provided. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is consistent and stable. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and all the furniture and appliances showed no signs of age or unusual noises. The common lounge area has comfortable sofas and a water dispenser. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo or with companions."

"I frequently travel to Changchun for business, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, I had a great experience. The service was excellent, very warm and friendly, and they were always willing to help with any request. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refrigerator magnet when I checked out. The facilities are new and very clean. Even though it was cold outside in the north, the room was so warm that I only needed to wear a short-sleeved shirt. While the constant heating made it a bit dry, being able to open the window made a big difference and was much more comfortable. The location is fantastic, right next to Xinmin Street. Strolling along Xinmin Street at night is incredibly romantic, and the well-maintained Manchurian-era buildings on both sides give you a strong sense of stepping back in time. Oya New World across the street is very convenient for dining and shopping, but I highly recommend walking about 15 minutes to the Oya Supermarket. The B1 floor there is amazing for local specialties – so much delicious food! Yuanshengju Hotpot is also very close to the hotel; I had my first meal there. The portions are huge and affordable, and I even packed some lamb to take home on my last day! Guilin Road Night Market is only about a 15-minute walk away too! The location is truly unbeatable! The breakfast was also good, mostly Chinese style, and definitely filling. Overall, this is a very good hotel, and I would consider staying here again! Just a small suggestion: the room facilities could use a bit more maintenance. I hope they pay more attention to that."
Xinmin Hotel
"It's hard to say about this hotel. It depends on luck. In summer, the hotel starts the central air conditioning. Even if the air conditioning is turned off in the room, there is still a buzzing sound. Some rooms do not have Wi-Fi. Solving these problems, it takes a lot of time to toss back and forth. The staff also depends on luck. There is a woman on the night shift, who is tall, strong, has a good attitude and speaks well. The other two short people are very average. Don't run into the short Sichuan woman on the night shift. She is clumsy and has no manners. The room cleaning is very good. The short female cleaner on the 6th floor is very careful and should be praised! At the front desk, the ** staff are all good, but most of the ** staff are not good. They are indifferent and speak nonsense. Among them, the youngest ** staff, a bit like ***, is the best and very modest. There is another one who always holds her head high and is very pretty. The most beautiful among them is the most practical ** staff. After understanding the truth, she will do it seriously. I really want to shake hands with her tightly."

Beside, the hotel provides free welcome fruits, sumptuous breakfast, delicious teabreak cake and snack and 500ml beer throughout my 3 days 2 nights stay. The only issue is location of hotel is abit far from city centre. Nonetheless i will still stay at this hotel when i visit changchun again"

The front desk service was excellent, gentle and polite, and they even upgraded my room. The breakfast was also very good. Upon checkout, Manager Moon asked if I enjoyed my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, there are many restaurants operating within the hotel, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone to experience!"

I was very worried at first, but we checked out late the next day and saw the aunt cleaning the room, and the bed unit was replaced in time. After watching the air show and the drone show, it is already 11 o'clock in the evening to take a bath, but the aunt is not annoying at all, and comforts me and tells me they are 24 hours.
