Very comfortable and clean, and mostly perfect location. We had to walk a bit far to get to terminal 2, but totally worth being so close to the airport for an early morning flight!

服務非常人性化。我到高鐵站的時候已經是晚上6點多，沒有提前預約接機，本來打算自行解決到酒店的，但沒想到打車很不方便。臨時聯繫了酒店，酒店非常熱情地安排了接機服務，非常方便。
第二天的送機也是從早上5:30就開始送機，很方便。離飛機場大概10多分鐘的路程。
設施：酒店環境還是不錯的，設施也比較新，用的毛巾也是一次性毛巾，很衞生。
服務：當時遇到問題，電話聯繫酒店工作人員也能得到及時反饋。本來衹是打算就近找一個酒店住一晚，沒想到體驗相當不錯，推薦。

我們是第一天玩冰雪新天地，第二天去滑雪，晚上住這裏相當方便。
酒店是在度假區裏，環境就不必多説了，裏面房間也很大，還有自助早餐。另外年三十還送了一大盤餃子🥟🥟，特別好吃，前台小姐姐很温柔，十星好評！

為了去冰雪新天地所以訂了這個酒店 總共26間對外 不對外時是療養院和政府招待所 環境和設施都不錯 層高非常高 邊上好像是區政府 地理位置較偏 自駕比較好 當然滴滴也能叫
唯一要吐槽的就是熱水器 要麼燙死 要麼冷死 實在沒法用 不知道什麼原因 算了一個晚上就熬一熬了。

Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.

PPengguna TetamuWe were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch!
The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby.
During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us.
This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Many thanks to the hotel staff!
入住这家酒店然后我们非常惊喜！我们因为每年都会来长春探望亲戚，习惯入住附近的一家酒店，这次因为那家酒店在装修因此就找了友谊酒店入住。check in之后到了房间，看到一盘水果及水、饮料等，感觉好贴心！
房间非常舒适整洁宽敞，门口准备了浴袍和拖鞋等用品，房间处处都能感觉到Hotel人员的用心和真诚。而且Hotel的设计风格非常新颖别致时尚大气，让我们休息得很舒服。
早餐也特别丰盛有品质。观察到这里的住客多是参加附近东北师范大学的各国教授和留学生，有不少国际友人。
check out的时候，hotel的工作人员还准备了小点心给我们，服务非常周到细致，给我们留下了深刻的印象。
这是一家性价比极高的Hotel，绝对不亚于一些国际的五星级酒店，非常推荐，是我们以后再来长春的不二首选！非常感谢酒店人员！

MMariaHad yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around.
A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work!
This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.
You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
