衛生：很乾凈，一般住賓館酒店我們都是自己帶洗漱用品洗髮精沐浴露，讓我意外的是，酒店的洗髮精沐浴露真的很好用，特別香
設施：電視老舊了點，沒打開不知道能不能使用，牆上的鐘錶應該是沒有電池了，停了
環境：很好，我住的雙人間，房間內的沙發小桌子真的很實用，吃飯做着很舒服，外賣直接送到房間，確實太方便了
服務：因為是中考期間訂的，因為平台上是大床和雙人床隨機的，前台小姐姐態度特別好，為我們預留雙人床。我看平台上寫着可以攜帶寵物居住，下次去體驗一下，帶小狗狗去住幾天。總結，非常值得推薦

PPengguna Tetamu酒店很新，很乾凈，環境很好，服務很好，馬桶智能加熱，早餐性價比很高。本人十一期間入住，因提前在攜程預訂的價格高於入住當天門市價格，退房時酒店特意贈送了好幾瓶飲料，以表歉意，讓人覺得雖然多花了錢，也很值得。下次來長春還會優先選擇這家酒店。

- Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun
- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square.
Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

facilities very good. hope they can provide vegetarian item so that i can eat the welcome snack inside room. but its ok, my friend can eat it and she enjoyed the snack & soup.
3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.
4. Hotel is near changchun railway station. Go inside another building Infront of Changchun railway station and seek for chungyi hotel as shown in picture. find remnin st sign direction.

BBaolingIt was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you
我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

PPengguna Tetamu又來長春啦！這次還是選擇入住紫荊花🌹兩次入住紫荊花都給我升級了房型，這次依舊是給我升級了商務套房，非常感謝酒店的貼心服務！
設施：非常傳統的老式酒店，梳粧台、掛燙機、體重秤等一應俱全，很多現在的豪華型酒店都不如紫荊花的設施全面。
衞生：紫荊花的衞生必須誇一下，提供的玻璃杯沒有水漬、衞生間鏡子水龍頭都沒有水漬，衞生標準相當高。雖然是個老酒店，但是布草都很新，布草衞生，顧客會更安心。
服務：紫荊花的服務真的沒得説，有種花小錢享受五星級酒店服務的感覺。無論是要求延遲退房還是要求送水，都能及時滿足，非常贊！
