The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The service was patient and thoughtful, which was great. We had a wonderful experience, and the owner was so kind, letting us stay longer than planned. It was really touching! Our trip to Changsha was very satisfying.

Stayed right in the heart of Changsha! At Sunshine 99, you open your window to a bustling city view. The room design is really stylish, and the giant projector screen creates such a cool vibe. It's within walking distance to Taiping Old Street and IFS, making it perfect for photos!

The front desk service was excellent. The location is also very convenient. The night view is beautiful.

The apartment hotel is fully equipped, clean, and the butler service was excellent and very thoughtful. They even upgraded us to a river-view room on the 25th floor and sent us a hand-drawn map via WeChat. The room offered a beautiful night view of the Xiang River. The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the bustling heart of Changsha, next to Pozi Street, and very close to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street.

was really surprised by how great this place is! truly in a prime location as it is right smack in the middle of the city. toilet and room are clean, although some parts of a the sheets had a slight smoke smell but overall would recommend

The hotel environment is fresh and comfortable. It also has a fridge and a washing machine. The owner is really nice too, and my son was quite happy with everything. Plus, the price was very reasonable.

Next time I visit, this will be my top choice. You can get here by taking Metro Line 2 from the South Railway Station to Wuyi Square, then turn right out of the subway exit, and it's a short walk.

Location is perfect. Pozi St right behind the building. Taiping St just across the street. IFS and Shopping Pedestrian St just about 5mins walk. Foods could find in every corner of the building. Walmart hypermarket is just nearby. Room is big as per photos. We 4paxs could open our 24inch luggage and spread across the platform still have enough space to move around. We ask for extra hangers as we wash our clothes everyday. We juz open the aircond(hot air) during night when we asleep. The clothes dry after a night. All washing powder/ shampoo/ body wash/ toothbrush is provided. We stay on 25th floor with city view and slightly could view partly if the famous Orange island. Host did a great job.he is kind enough to find an umbrella for me during 3 rainy days. We have a great stay. Will book again.

The room was incredibly spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was also very clean and beautiful!

The room is right in the city center, with great food just downstairs and convenient shopping. The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. However, they don't offer parking, and the building management charges quite a lot for parking downstairs.

Environment: I absolutely love it! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. It's perfect for taking photos, and the lighting creates a fantastic atmosphere! The location is also incredibly convenient; Paozijie Street is just a few minutes' walk away. The owners are both very polite and welcoming! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the outside scenery. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

Just checked out and I honestly think this place is great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The owner at the front desk was also super nice and friendly, always smiling. The location is convenient too, with a subway station and convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

Had a fantastic stay! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was also very prompt, and the room itself was quite spacious.

Amazing experience, the staff was so nice and its an excellent location. Everything was close by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The view was also nice and I love that there were 3 mirrors.
