斯維登.家蜓酒店公寓（長沙金融中心凱德廣場店）
位置真的很好找的！
🚗 交通：從黃花機場T2出來坐磁懸浮高鐵🚅到長沙火車南站換地鐵🚇4號線在茶子山下車，出4號口，從凱德廣場出站比較好，尤其是天氣熱🥵的時候！在凱德廣場對面兒！
凱德廣場裏面吃的很多的，麻辣燙，青椒炒肉等等，積極推薦“楊國福麻辣燙”真的很好吃😋，價廉物美！
🧹衞生：真的很好呢！
🍃環境：簡單明亮！很温馨！冰箱，洗衣機，空調，電視，電熱水器，電水壺！每天都有“免費🆓礦泉水免費🆓大紅袍和太平猴魁茶🍵包”！毛巾和牙刷牙膏都有呢！
🔔服務：服務態度很好！小管家有求必應！加微信是最好的選擇哦！阿姨每天早上9點半左右來打掃🧹！wifi速度很快！
下次還訂這家呢！期待再次相聚！

來出差住的這家公寓，冰箱洗衣機油煙機應有盡有，從高鐵南站過來地鐵直達，樓下就是大商場。入住提前給了發票資料，電子發票很方便，又續住了。

前台姐姐超級好，一直是笑着的很親切很耐心，我社恐人士表示很開心能選擇這家酒店，最好的是這房間廉價又寬敞明亮，還可以看到外面的夜景，桌子很喜歡這個設定，可以辦公很舒暢。推薦推薦

我真的是不太想説什麼，在長沙將近200塊錢一晚，再怎麼樣也不至於到這種地步，進門的那一瞬間就聞到一股發黴的味道，然後櫃子都很臟，椅子上也都是灰，空調也是那種壞的，效果不是很好，開了要好久才能制熱，而且噪音特別大，轟轟轟的。拖鞋也是很臟，又硬，洗手間馬桶都一股味。房間靠近窗户隔音特別吵，很吵很吵，你敢相信我一個要考試的人晚上3點多都被吵的睡不着嗎？我真服了，我是一個不怎麼給差評的人，這個差評我都是猶豫了很久，我覺得你們做生意也不容易也就算了，但我越想心裏越堵得慌！！！！退一步越想越氣，忍一時乳腺增生。我服了真的很垃圾。門口一直不知道是保潔員還是誰在那裡聊天吵的要死，服務員的態度也稀爛，問個空調的問題跟我欠了她258萬一樣。垃圾垃圾垃圾！！！！無所謂，我不匿名，我看有沒有誰來找我麻煩。

酒店服務態度熱情，房間很舒適，推薦住這裏，酒店的床很舒適，必須打個滿分，交通方便，樓下就是地鐵站，出行便利，附近有很多美食街，購物也很方便。

衞生應該認真打掃到位，牀頭櫃，寫字枱至少應該是沒有灰塵吧，空調應該是冬暖夏涼吧，感覺很久無人問津的樣子
為了放行李自己把牀頭櫃麪，寫字枱麪稍微抹一下，紙上的灰塵讓人不想住下去了，太晚了就將就一晚
這間房不推薦，客服和拿東西的人員服務態度挺好的
