The room was large and beautiful, with a great view. The room was also very new and super clean. The staff were extremely attentive and always provided everything we needed, and they even remembered what we liked for breakfast. 小方 and 思思 were very helpful with matters ranging from the hotel to booking tours. The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything tasted delicious.

Location, view and modern design and infrastructure are main attractive parts of this hotel. Swimming pool is very decent too.
Whilst the service is overall good and at par of those of 5-star hotels, I was not particularly happy about the room upgrade where after I decided to pay 250 yuan, but only to get a very narrow view of the river, which was way below my expectation. It would be great if the front desk staff could tip me about this condition. Everything was good.

Excellent breakfast. Very high standard food. We had a river view room. It's amazing. Perfect location for all actions. Night life is just around the corner but not disturbed as hotel is located 48 storey high.

Park Hyatt Changsha｜Luxury from the Heart
I chose to spend my birthday at Park Hyatt Changsha at the end of February. Obviously, a comfortable birthday experience also made me feel the unique charm of Park Hyatt.
Advantages:
1. I called the switchboard the day before departure. Niki was very patient in communicating and understanding the needs, and was also very considerate of customers. The whole communication process was very smooth.
2. The next day, Cecili from the guest relations center added WeChat to confirm the needs and check-in time again. The whole process can feel that the staff wants to give the guests a good experience. Although not a Hyatt Global guest, I was not treated differently at all.
3. The room was prepared in advance at noon on the day of check-in, and the check-in lady was very nice. I will send birthday wishes in advance.
4. The raspberry chocolate mousse given was very delicious, of good quality and not perfunctory. An additional set of very beautiful customized room cards was given. Very considerate.
5. Personally, staying at Park Hyatt in the off-season is definitely the wisest choice. The room is not tight, and the service quality and level are very high.
6. Whether it is on the 4th floor or in the sky lobby, there will always be staff to greet you in time. Many male staff are very polite and all are very friendly and nice. This is also a point that I like very much.
Although Shabai has received bad voices from all sides since its opening, only after experiencing it myself can I feel the charm of Changsha Park Hyatt. All employees want to give guests the best experience. It may not be the best Park Hyatt in the mainland, but it must be the first-tier Park Hyatt in terms of service. Maybe next year you will have the opportunity to return to your home away from home again.
