The twin room was quite clean, and the desk separated from the sleeping area was a nice touch, very comfortable.

The room was very spacious. We booked a twin room, and I apologize for this, but the three of us moved the beds together. My apologies to the housekeeping staff who had to tidy up afterward. The service was excellent. They readily replenished water bottles and quickly brought up extra toiletries when requested. It was also very convenient that they could provide an extra key card for my friend who came back later at night. The view from the window was decent; you could see a partial river view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night scenery was beautiful. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very smart, but that's it. Most importantly, there was a dead praying mantis in the room that looked like it had been there for a while, as its body had already turned yellow.

Perfect for business trips or family vacations in Changsha! The river view and service are absolutely amazing. Every time I visit Changsha, I stay at this hotel, and bringing my daughter this time was another fantastic experience! Its location right by the Xiang River is incredibly convenient, and in the evenings, we could even take a stroll by the river with my daughter. The staff were very friendly and attentive to details; I also loved the breakfast. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Comfortable Service: Great The environment exceeded my expectations. Being on a higher floor, it was incredibly quiet at night. I was upgraded to a side river view room, and I could see the Xiangjiang River right from my room. It's very close to popular attractions, mostly within walking distance. In the evening, I could just head downstairs and cross the road to enjoy the river breeze, which was very pleasant. It offered a nice sense of relaxation during a busy business trip. Thumbs up!

The room had a wonderfully zen-like atmosphere, perfectly clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities. We had a great view of both the street and the river. The breakfast was unique and delicious. It was quite enjoyable to just relax in the room, admire the view, and sip some tea. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around.

Traveling with kids during the Spring Festival, we stayed in four hotels in total, and this one surprisingly turned out to be the best. Our room was riverside, quite spacious, and had a nice view. It was also surprisingly quiet, with good soundproofing – at least I didn't hear any crying kids. It's easy to hail a taxi downstairs. Chaozong Street and the subway station are just a five-minute walk away, Pozi Street is a ten-minute walk, and Wenheyou is a fifteen-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was just average. If it's included in the room rate, it's fine, but paying 40 yuan per person separately isn't worth it. There are many noodle shops nearby, all of which are very good. Downstairs, there's a free shuttle bus to the Provincial Museum every half hour, which is quite convenient.

This standalone building in the city center offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The spectacular river view from the window, especially at night, is captivating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing an excellent experience. Highly recommended! The service from "Jingzhe" (referring to a staff member or perhaps the hotel name itself) was great, and I'll definitely be back!

My friends and I spent ages looking for a hotel for our trip and finally settled on this one. It's surrounded by tall buildings, and at night, you can see the neon lights flashing from our window, giving it a very modern city vibe. Maojia Restaurant is right across the street, and Chaocong Street, perfect for a stroll, is next to the hotel. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel's Rain Butler service was excellent; their attitude was superb. The room was clean and tidy, and they even contacted me in advance to offer a complimentary room upgrade, which I was very pleased with. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. The front desk staff, especially Yu Shui, was incredibly thoughtful; they automatically offered me an umbrella when it started raining outside. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

The food delivery robots are a great touch, makes you feel really secure. The hotel offers beautiful views of the Xiang River, and the service was excellent during the Winter Solstice. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Our stay was fantastic! We booked a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the Xiang River. Sitting by the window, sipping tea, was incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness and bedding were great; the mattress was so comfortable, and the pillows had no strange odors, which I really appreciate. The location is super convenient for getting around by taxi. Breakfast was extensive, and the dining environment was elegant and comfortable. Right across from the hotel is Mao Jia Restaurant, which I heard is a upscale place for local banquets. You can't visit Changsha without trying Chairman Mao's Braised Pork!

The hotel's location is great, close to all the attractions. The service is also excellent; they're proactive in helping you with any issues! However, the unbearable stench in the rooms is a major problem! This isn't the fault of the staff or front desk, to be fair. It seems the rooms might not be aired out after cleaning, and the hallway also has a sour, musty smell, likely due to the carpets. I had to look at five different rooms of the same type before settling for one that was non-smoking and didn't have too strong an odor, just to spend one night and be close to the sights. But the cost was high! It truly ruined my mood for the entire night. Even a smoker would notice the distinct, sour, and foul odor in the room! Can you even imagine? The room facilities were also very disappointing; all show, no substance. The hotel really shouldn't be like this! The dual-purpose bathroom door, while seemingly solving the wet/dry separation, actually just masks the problem of the room's small size, making it feel very cramped! While showering, I noticed the hotel uses non-disposable toiletries, which is fine, but the shocking part was that when I squeezed the body wash, it was clearly watered down – perhaps by a previous guest who ran out of soap! Shaking the bottle, I could hear it was full of water! Absolutely disgusting! The conditioner and shampoo were normal, thankfully. But after that experience, you're left with a sense of dread after your shower! When informed, the front desk immediately sent up some of their own body wash. But as I said, the service isn't the issue; it's the facilities and hygiene that can make your entire evening incredibly unpleasant. The toilet isn't smart, which is fine. It's just a regular, rather small ceramic toilet, not even a pseudo-smart one. Given the small room size, you wouldn't expect a large, space-consuming one anyway.

Before coming to Changsha, I looked at many hotels, some of which were 5-star and even cheaper than this one, but I ultimately chose this hotel and was very satisfied with my decision after checking in. The hotel has its own standalone building, unlike some hotels where multiple establishments are crammed into one. The elevators are very responsive, and you need to swipe your room card to access each floor, ensuring great security. The front desk, room service, and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic and attentive. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the dining environment was comfortable and pleasant. The room provided individually packaged laundry detergent and disposable toilet seat covers. Despite being near the river and a main road, the sleeping environment was very quiet, the mattress was comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The downsides were that our room had too few power outlets, and their placement wasn't very convenient. Also, it would be better if the bottom of the shower glass door had a sealing strip to prevent water from splashing out. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Honestly, for this price in Changsha, you could book a much better hotel. As for the environment here, the bathroom floor tiles are not non-slip; every time I went to wash my hands, I almost slipped, which is a serious safety concern. Regarding the food: the sweet potato skins at breakfast were black, and they still served them to guests—that's a worrying food safety issue. The staff also weren't very enthusiastic. Please improve your service; this is my first negative review on Ctrip after so many years!
