Innovative service, thoughtful and attentive. The aromatherapy and tea scent in the lobby are really pleasant and relaxing. I felt very comfortable using the individual mini-bottles of toiletries in the room. The hotel's location right next to a scenic area and subway station makes getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, the free gym and laundry room on the 4th floor are super easy to use.

Traveling during the May Day holiday, honestly, this hotel offers great value for money (the price hike wasn't excessive). It's also very clean and has the feel of a classic five-star establishment. There's a fresh scent throughout the hotel, and the rooms seem to have been renovated, so they generally feel quite spick and span. The water pressure is also good. However, the open-plan bathroom doesn't really suit a 5-star hotel (it felt more like a 4-star, similar to an Atour or Ji Hotel). The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway. Taxis, however, always refuse to drive all the way in, so you always have to wait by the roadside (though this might just be a habit of Hunan drivers). Areas for improvement: 1. The soundproofing is really poor, mainly because the door is so thin. You can clearly hear kids running and talking loudly in the hallway. 2. I'd always thought the hotel environment was quite good, but one evening, some obnoxious guy was smoking in the lobby (the front desk didn't intervene). On the last day, another obnoxious guy was smoking in the elevator (this is just down to the guest's poor manners). The night before, when I went to do a spa on the 4th floor of a neighboring hotel, I smelled smoke as soon as I entered the lobby. I even praised my own hotel to my family at the time, only to encounter this the very next day... Though, secondhand smoke really is a common issue in Hunan.

The hotel staff were quite nice, but during the May Day holiday, they were understaffed. This led to issues in the restaurant, where there weren't enough servers, so we either couldn't find a table for breakfast or had to eat at uncleaned ones. Also, it was really inconvenient that cars couldn't easily drive up to the hotel entrance. Are guests supposed to walk out to the main road in the rain? I don't understand this lack of thoughtful design.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area, making travel super convenient. The room is spacious with complete facilities, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom, along with the small bottles of toiletries, made me feel very comfortable. The laundry service was thoughtful, and they even helped me extend my check-out time. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Changsha.

Facilities: A bit dated, despite being renovated in 2019, some wallpaper is already peeling. Hygiene: Pretty good, considering the existing conditions, the cleanliness is excellent, which shows the staff are diligent. Service: The hotel staff are all great—friendly, smiling, and proactive!

Clean and hygienic, perfect for business trips! The breakfast is also quite extensive, offering both Changsha local specialties and lighter options like vegetable and fruit salads, along with coffee and milk. Overall, it's great value for money!

Was surprised the hotel did not have air conditioning during April. We had to ask the hotel to provide fan. And also got blanket covers to use instead of blankets…it was too hot to sleep.

The room was clean and quiet, and they have non-smoking floors. The breakfast was delicious! The lady at the front desk was very kind and enthusiastic, and even helped me print some documents. I'll definitely be back next time!
