The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation access. There are many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, perfect for a stroll anytime. The hotel lobby is very clean and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and processed check-in quickly. They were also very responsive to any issues, and we were even able to get a free late check-out. We truly felt at home.

I came to Changsha from Nanning primarily for the Xingcheng Tiandi event, so I chose a hotel conveniently located nearby. 🤗 This hotel is directly opposite Gate 1 of Xingcheng Tiandi, just a 300-meter walk away. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and proactively upgraded my room. Any issues I reported to the front desk were resolved quickly. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The 15th floor of the hotel has meeting rooms, a self-service restaurant, a laundry room, and a gym. Since I needed to wear some of my clothes again in a couple of days for other attractions, I used the hotel's laundry room to wash and dry them, which was super convenient! ~ The hotel's breakfast buffet was also quite generous, with a good variety of options: 😋 bread and pastries, fruit salads, noodles and congee, fried dough sticks and buns, eggs and grains, coffee, milk, juice, and oatmeal… For an average price of just over 200 yuan, I think it's a great deal and offers excellent value for money for the average person. 👍🏻👍🏻

I booked this hotel because it was the closest one to Shen Xinghui's offline birthday event. It's right across from Xingcheng Tiandi, making it very convenient for transportation and close to the high-speed train station. The DeSiQin Commercial Plaza next door offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which was great. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The front desk lady, Annie, had an excellent service attitude! She brought fruit to my room both days. I'm a light sleeper and forgot my earplugs, so I asked her about it, and she proactively brought me two pairs! I really appreciate that! There are also many great food options nearby. When I checked out, I needed to send a package, and she even offered to let me leave it at the front desk for her to help mail. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Changsha; it was a fantastic experience!
