Hygiene: The toilet has stains, which are yellow and disgusting. The staff said it was "environmentally friendly paint" and it cannot be wiped off during decoration. However, I scratched it and used my room card and fingernails to wipe it off. This shows that this so-called "Environmentally friendly paint" may contaminate the body, and it sticks directly to private parts of the toilet. Later, I was taken to see a new room, and they also had this paint problem. I couldn't believe that the entire hotel cost hundreds of dollars. Not a single room is clean? There is a disposable toilet seat, which is just a piece of plastic. The quality is not as good as the plastic gloves taken out. When I went to bed at night, I opened the quilt and found that, my dear, the sheets on the bedside were also yellow, and the whole bedding also had a strange smell. I reported all the problems to the front desk, but apart from the initial offer to show me a new room and change rooms, there was no other expression, not even an apology! ! They keep making excuses saying that it was like this when the last company sold to them! Because the business trip place was nearby, it was very late at 4 or 5 pm, and there was no other hotel, so they made do with it. In the end, they just pretended that it had never happened! Three to four hundred and one nights is equivalent to the charges and prices of a three or four-star hotel! The service is not even as good as a youth hostel! I chose a breakfast when I made the reservation. When I checked in, I specifically confirmed that it was the 16th in the morning. However, at night, it turned out to be the 15th. If I hadn't found out in time, would I have been stopped outside when I went to eat? How embarrassing! No sense of service, unprofessional! !

I chose this hotel to stay on May 1st, but I didn’t expect that the whole hotel is facing the street, and the windows and walls of the room are not soundproof. I live on the 6th floor, and I can hear the street clearly at night, so let alone the street. There are all kinds of horns. Besides the hotel facilities, the facilities are still relatively new. What I want to complain about is the air conditioner. The air conditioner can’t be adjusted by itself, and it keeps at 21°C. It can only be turned off when it’s cold, and it’s a bit hot when it’s turned off. Moreover, the air conditioner panel is simply a bug. Turn off the lights at night, and the air conditioner panel is right next to the bed, and it’s not bright enough! Affect sleep! Besides the service, the service at the front desk in the next few days was pretty good, but it was a bit uncomfortable when we checked in on the first night. We gave our ID cards when we arrived. The yellow-haired service staff at the front desk kept calling after receiving a call. After a long call, we waited next to us in the middle of the night. During this period, a boy walked into the front desk. The only thing that is okay is that it is not far from Yangfan Night Market, more than 700 meters away.
