這是一家今年小年夜新開的酒店，龍年春節期間雖然服務人員較少，也有很多欠缺及生疏的地方，但總體來説，給人有一種回到家的感覺。早飯咖啡機沒有咖啡豆，工作人員不會操作，立即就叫來了主管解決，在我吃完早餐準備離開的時候，酒店解決了咖啡機的問題，熱心地詢問了我是否剛才需要咖啡，雖然我吃飽了沒再喝咖啡，但感覺很貼心、周到。另外由於家屬的感冒加重，經過酒店的貼心指引，就近去了酒店附近的長興縣人民醫院治療，之後由於改變了行程，打算續住，經過和酒店商量，酒店方又在房源緊張的情況下，破例讓我們依照原價續住了一天。諸如此類的情況有很多，不一一敍述，我在此居住，體會到了長興縣人民熱情的同時，也感受到酒店工作人員的熱情關愛，這是一次很好的出行體驗，酒店優惠的價格沒有降低服務的品質，下次再來湖州長興，必會再來做客！希望酒店越來越專業的同時，保持熱情服務的初心！👏👏👏👍👍👍

這次住宿體驗非常棒。帶孩子旅遊，晚上九點到的酒店，因為窗户有一點小瑕疵，前台工作人員把我們之前預訂的標間免費換成了兩間大床房，還送了餐券，服務非常棒。第二，房間非常乾淨整潔，空間大，洗漱用品一應俱全，很有檔次，床也睡得很舒服。第三，位置雖然不是縣中心，但開車也就五六分鐘。很棒的一次住宿。特別表揚那天晚上接待的小姑娘，態度非常好！
