For me who had worked in a five-star hotel in Shanghai, the most shocking thing was its meticulous software service. Look at the polite tone of the Concierge and Front Desk, the service attitude of the Housekeeping, F&B and PA departments who bowed and greeted everyone, which made me feel like staying in a state guesthouse. The hotel is adjacent to the reservoir wetland park and has beautiful scenery; the guest rooms are large, well-equipped and high-end; the buffet restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, but they are varied and detailed. For example, noodles are divided into instant noodles and hand-rolled noodles, fried eggs are divided into single-sided and double-sided, fried dough sticks are divided into long and short, and wontons are available to suit the tastes of southerners, so that guests from both the north and the south can find dishes that suit their tastes. It can be seen that the chef is very attentive in management. Before leaving, the front desk concierge even sent us to the car and repeatedly asked for our opinions on the hotel services, which made us feel the high-quality service experience of "guests are God"."
