是初秋，暄氣初消，月正圓，蟹正肥，桂花皎潔，也未陷入懍烈蕭瑟氣態，正是最值得賞樂的辰光，起初抱着逛園子的心態選擇了玖園，秋光瀲灧園林景觀一步一景，房間大氣舒適，柔軟絲滑的床品留下了深刻印象，庭院裏安靜優雅，陽光清朗明亮，姐妹特意送來親自下廚做的小菜，本來以為此刻圍坐園中，花在杯中，摯友在身旁已是絕佳體驗，而此行的服務團隊更是給了我們別樣的驚喜，管家王金圓，前台駱倩，國賓專員王丹配合默契，可圈可點，周到而不過多打擾，尤其是國賓專員王丹，看到我和姐姐在閑逛 主動提議陪伴遊玩，詳細地介紹了玖園的景觀，參觀了其他幾個有代表性的房型，對玖園有了更全面的瞭解，哈哈也在心裏種下了草，下次解鎖其他房型，小姐姐人美心善服務好，管家王金圓也是非常給力，隨時在線，主動服務，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，攝影師阿金老師拍攝專業，百問不厭，非常感謝，此行很愉快，下次還是會選擇玖園。

常州是一個歷史底藴深厚城市，第一次來，隨便搜尋就找到這家民宿，晚上12：00多到的，前台小姐姐非常貼心，怕我找不到地方，早早的告訴我停車點和路線，很好找，牌坊進來直走，深更半夜走進來，沿街燈火輝煌，很快找到掛着的燈籠，入口有兩座大象石雕，還沒進去，就能感受到強烈的歷史厚重感，往裡走就是一進庭院，恍惚到了蘇州園林的感覺，辦好入住手續，前台小姐姐帶着我左拐右拐穿過幾個古典庭院，感覺穿越了一樣，老宅子沒有大拆大改，保留了原來的古樸、典雅、幽靜，雖然天熱，但是心安，可能是太晚了，庭院燈光比較昏暗，我有些害怕，大堂裏很大氣精緻，小姐姐免費升級了複式庭院房，走進去能看見一個小院子，很質樸無華，很舒服，感覺回到遙遠的過去，白天再來看，更加喜歡了，隨處都是老物件的傢俱，院子大大小小的很多個，各有千秋，轉來轉去很多不經意的亮點，精緻的假山水池，別緻的窗花，滿牆的爬山虎，滬派的拱形走廊，朝氣蓬勃的芭蕉，隨處可見的盆景，幾顆姿態各異的造型松等等等等，沉浸式的體驗了一把古代文人雅士的生活，一場穿越時空的旅行，非常震撼，下次再來。

A nice little hotel near the heart of downtown. I was a little nervous when I arrived because they informed that there was construction going on outside the hotel when I arrived. But the hotel upgraded my room to try to get me into a quieter part of the building and I really didn't hear much construction at all. The staff were very attentive throughout my stay as well.

Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks.
Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China.

Nice hotel with cool concept. Very tasty breakfast and strong coffee. The room was quite big and clean! You can watch a lot of shows on the TV. Staff was helpful.
The only downside is that the bathroom and toilet had a fishy smell.. We couldn't locate where exactly it was coming from.
If you're staying outside all day, then the smell is not a bother, but I can imagine that if you like to stay indoors more you should consider changing rooms and alerting staff.

優點：1.位置優，離高鐵站特別近，也不存在堵車現象。2.周邊很安靜，晚上睡覺一點也不吵。3.前台服務好，有接送常州北站和恐龍園服務。4.房間內牆插挺多的，而且都有USB充電口，挺方便。5.房間內自帶備用被子，不用另叫前台拿，我們用來疊起來擋孩子防掉床的，但是被子比較輕，發現床墊可以挪，秒變超大床。
確點：1.房間內晾衣服的地方在淋浴間的牆上有一個小支架，不太實用。2.花灑沒有支架，需要手拿着。3.因為洗漱台衞生間淋浴間不在一個封閉空間內，所以洗漱前後換洗衣服和毛巾沒處放。4.早餐和健身房一般。

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

PPengguna Tetamu房間乾淨，周圍環境很安靜很綠色，飯也好吃，魚頭巨大一個，而且寵物真的太友好啦，帶小狗來住的人還挺多的，陽台可以直接到院子裏，狗小孩開心的不得了。離南山竹海景區很近，開車二十分鐘就到了，景區也可以帶狗，夏天來避暑應該也蠻好的

PPengguna Tetamu是看小紅書推薦來的，沿着小路一路向上的時候以為自己要踩雷了，到酒店門口往裡走的時候，眼前豁然開朗，心曠神怡，讓人不僅的哇了出來，好美！！！！！！
酒店的外貌很摩洛哥風，裏面隨便一拍感覺都可以出片，不過我的技術差了點，大家湊合看看
不過酒店也有缺點，地址比較偏，周圍基本沒啥東西，晚上出去是山路，沒有燈，開車也挺懸
酒店有訂餐，價格不便宜，不過量挺大，味道中規中矩，老少皆宜
平時去，酒店價格更合適

RRittzzA new hotel with good facilities. The staff at check-in is friendly, although they seem young and somewhat inexperienced.
But the manager makes everything right. Gives a good introduction of the hotel and what it all offers.
The restaurants offers chinese and western food. The chef cooker ensures quality food with a very fine taste. Special thanks to Emily and her colleague for the good attention and care.
Room is equipped with good furniture, comfortable sitting and shower facilities. The air conditioning / heating was not balanced. I think there is still a technical problem to solve here.

Uusha pThis hotel had a good location near to the main road and a five minute walk to a popular shopping centres 🏬, Coco city. The service at the front desk was very efficient and generally friendly. Good lighting throughout throughout the room and lots of seating.The room was spacious, but not very clean. The bathroom countertops had dried toothpaste stuck on there from previous guests, the bathroom and toilet smelled of urine. Though we asked for a non smoking room, the the room reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere, the bed , the pillows, towels , even after leaving the hotel our belongings, clothes and hair smelled of cigarette smoke.
The AC air quality was very low. It is winter season and the heating of the room was very insufficient, and the air from the ac smelt of strong cigarette smoke . At night, though it was cold we had to turn of the ac because the smell was too much. Early in the morning the were loud noises about disrupting our rest. The price was good but I wouldn’t return because the poor environment. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke and uncleanliness then this place would be suitable for you.

登機前提前電話前台預約接機，很順利，抵達機場再次電話，司機已經在來的路上了。車程也不過十幾分鍾。接機的是一輛小型 Suv ，一車接多人～車前窗有牌子寫明”派酒店”。
位置：
奔牛機場位置有點偏僻，不通地鐵。酒店自然也不通～好在邊上不遠有公交站台可以等去常州站的直達公交～晃晃悠悠一小時左右～
房間大小＆房間設施：
訂的大床房在酒店一樓，很滿意。智能化設施～房間做到了乾濕分離，洗漱台在外面～有智能馬桶～衞生：

挺舒適。

有，網速還不錯～
服務＆性價比：
沒定早餐前台主動送了一份早餐。這個位置有點偏，早餐不方便找～衝著這點必須給五星好評～服務貼心。加上接送機服務，五一期間覺得很值。早餐在邊上的一個小樓裏。這個價位的經濟型酒店來説早餐很豐盛了。有葷有素有包子有粥湯有水果，甚至還有咖啡，雖然不是現磨咖啡也超讚 der！

TTravelBoy89Everything at this hotel was well done. From the greeting at the front desk, to the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was so ideal for my trip in that it was not far away to the train station and even for nice walk and other activities.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
